Great set. Very pretty when installed on our black glass tiles. I made the mistake of. It reading directions. DO NOT TAKE THE RING OUT OF THE FAUCET! It stays in there lol. It was very hard to get back in Little expensive but you get quality with kohler

I could copy paste every review into this one. Just adding to the list I guess. Leaks against the wall, the clamp to hold the faucet to the pipe is horribly designed. Wasted X amount of hours working on this. This was the most expensive set at the store and it leaks worse than anything I’ve ever seen.

Wish I saw all these reviews before I purchased the product because they v installed and reinstalled the tub faucet exactly how it’s supposed to be installed and it continues to leak. So know what do I do the bathroom is finished and I can’t pull everything out to return.... and now because of the leak in the upstairs I now have to take care of the ceiling in my kitchen... thanks Kohler for the added work of a kitchen ceiling after my bathroom. Very disappointed in the money spend and the outcome of your poor design in product

This shower faucet is absolute garbage! I had a plumber install while I was renovating our home, it leaked from the interior components, this wasn't a fault of the plumber. Kohler sent a new one. I had to repair drywall that was damaged. The nice large handle, it barely moves from the 6 O' clock position to the 11 O' clock position. You can actually see this in the photographs provided by Kohler. Using the faucet, my daughters were complaining the water was never hot, even though our hot water heater is set to 132 degrees. So I tested the water temp at all faucets in our home using a reliable digital thermometer. 5 faucets in our home disperse hot water at 122-123degrees. This Kohler faucet disperses water at 112degrees. A LOSS of 20 degrees!! The water coming out of the shower nozzle barely feels warm. I am very unhappy with this faucet and wish it was easier to swap out. Buyer Beware!!! Photos below illustrate the limited movement of the large handle. That is all the movement there is.

Beautifully sophisticated

Quality of parts (most of it is metal) but the shower head and coverings are plastic. READ the instructions before tearing out the old and trying to replace, there are filament and connections on this package not like a straight up replacement package. The spout connection if not setup correctly with length of pipe, internal clamp will make the install leak as this is not a screw on style connection! Be careful as my internal clamp portion was out of the spout when I opened the package (bad quality control) and had to fight the urge to throw the whole thing out and buy another after getting it back in the correct way. Beyond all of this if you have patience and tools and some prior DIY you can install this. I think it looks nice after install but before we were finished with the shower walls, etc I test fit and tried before the final install, no matter how big or small the job.

Flashy modern look, only downside, the shower head is plastic, as well as the square around the water temperature nozzle. water comes out at full stream and the temperature is easy to adjust. dried water marks show easy, but I'm sure any brush Nickle faucets do the same. $200 well spent.

Installed correctly and still have leaks behind shower head, and tub spout!!!! Like everyone else, too late. Bathroom done already. Good name brand (i thought), very dissapointed. And one of most expensive homd depot faucets!!!

I purchased this item as a part of a full bathroom remodel. Unfortunately the tub spout continues to leak. I’ve contacted Kohler and they sent me a replacement which also leaks. This is frustrating seeing that bathroom tile was already placed leaving me scrabbling to resolve the spout issue. The Katun model is not threaded and uses what’s called a “slip fit” which is completely useless. BUYER BEWARE!,,

My contractor installed and set up the entire plumbing and including Kohler Katun set. My wife showed me many of the negative reviews and at first was afraid I bought the wrong faucet set. I’m just grateful to say my set was troublesome but manageable to complete. We are totally happy and thankful things worked out well. No leaks or plumbing issues. I recommend this product.

Looks great but when i turn the tub on the shower head drips a little.. i have two little ones so i dont have the time or patience to remove and return. Its not enoughbof a drip to make me switch it out.

I will leave another review if I notice the same problem that other customers report experiencing. For now, I have to say that I am at least pleased with the look of this product. My husband says that it "feels" cheap (as if it is a plastic material). I did notice that the shower head is difficult to tilt. In fact, I left a question asking if it pivots (after I first started using the shower). It does indeed pivot but it is very difficult to tilt/adjust the shower head. It could be my contractor's issue and how he installed it. For now, I am content but I will beware based on consumer reviews.

Beautiful sleek design! I think anyone who is giving negative reviews for low water pressure or leakage may be due to an installation issue. I was nervous about the pressure because of the reviews but mine is just as it was with my previous fixture. I have no leaking from anywhere and I also haven't noticed water spots as someone else mentioned. The plate around the handle is plastic but everything else is heavy duty metal. My only problem was that when I purchased it someone swapped out the valve with an incorrect one so we spent hours troubleshooting what the problem was until we purchased a new one and realized what some idiot did! Unfortunately Home Depot didn't catch the problem to save us the headache but Kohler was very helpful when we called before figuring this out.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. If I could give this item negative stars, I would, as it has destroyed my dining room ceiling, directly below my bathroom. Let me elaborate: What you cannot tell from the product description is that, unlike most bath tap/diverters, this tap does not thread on. It slips on, and is supposed to grab on to your copper pipe with the aid of an allen key and an internal clamp system. The first time we installed this in the bathroom, we noticed that water was flowing backwards, toward the shower wall from the diverter. I immediately turned the tap off, and contacted Kohler support. They sent me a new internal clamp, which is a devil to get in, but we did get it in, and attached the tap, which worked OK for about a week. However, my young daughter - 4 years old - recently started taking a shower and by the mere action of her pulling up on the diverter function, she IN HER MIGHTY STRENGTH (I'm being sarcastic, she's only 4), managed to dislodge the diverter enough from it's grip to prompt the tap to backflow again. Of course she didn't notice this, and didn't notice likely gallons of water spilling into the cavity behind the shower wall. And now I'm looking at $1,500 to replace my dining room ceiling.

The sprout leaks all over. I replaced it twice and both of them leaked out of the box.

Tub spout leaks. I can’t believe Koehler and Home Depot continue to sell this junk. Never buying a Koehler product again.

The product was never received. Over a month! I had to phone Home Depot 3 times to get my money back. By that time, my bathroom project was DONE! Terrible service from Home Depot!

Every piece of this product is plastic except the tub faucet which I did not need. Thought the low water pressure and lack of hot water was my imagination until all family members using the shower complained about both issues. I am disappointed that Kohler charged so much for an inadequate product and now it would cost me so much more to have it professionally removed and replaced. There should be some amount of accountability here on their end.

The spout is leaky and there is no way to fix it. And it was installed by a professional so not even installation problems.

Excellent product. Pressure is fantastic and the shower trim looks really good.

After spending most of a day installing the plumbing components we found that no matter what we tried the bath spout would leak. Absolute 🤬🤬🤬🤬 garbage. Go light your money on fire instead, you’ll be happier. Really DON’T BUY THIS GARBAGE!!!

This product was faulty from the time it was installed. Water leaked during bath and water came out back of the faucet. I had to purchase another product and reinstalled to prevent water damage costing me an additional $1300 to install by professional plumber. After reading comments by other customers on Kohler website it confirmed that this product should not be sold in stores until they can fix problems. This product should not even get one star. Very costly for poor product.
