After using Moen for 40 years we decide to try a Kohler. The first one was not shipped in an additional box and the 2" round sticker securing the box was flopping and the box was open. The solenoid valve was missing. Back to Home Depot. The next one arrives. Once again the minimal sticker securing the box was open. All parts were in the box this time. It installed well, except the water would not turn on!. A few minutes later, while I was in another room, it turns on! Turns out there is a short in the touchless wiring inside the faucet. Wiggle the handle and it sometimes turns on. I called Kohler for a replacement, which is back-ordered in 2 months! I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive. It sure is a rocky start! I am very disappointed, with Kohler and Home Depot. It is a very expensive faucet. Kohler should secure the boxes better and Home Depot should ship it inside an additional box. Then add in the quality and supply issues! I recommend bypassing Kohler. .

Leaking from handle after 6 years
My kitchen faucet started leaking from the handle after 6 years of use. Reading other reviews, I guess I should consider myself lucky. I don't know what part I need to fix it, or whether I should just replace it with a Moen. I've had other Kohler products, with mixed results - some leaked and had to be replaced; others were fine. But I've never had issues with Moen. I tried calling Kohler, but they "can't take my call at this time." I'm supposed to write an actual posted letter to Kohler and include the original sales receipt, which I don't have. Apparently the warranty is useless to me.

Needing to replace my kitchen faucet I needed
Needing to replace my kitchen faucet, I had to find a faucet that would fit the 4 inch depth space from the sink edge to the raised back-splash. The faucet is the perfect height and depth with great water pressure and wonderful features. While the pull-down and three-function spray head work fabulously the feature I needed most was a short water on and off lever. I had only a 2 and 1/2” space from the faucet to the back-splash and this lever fits! Great Kohler product. I been buying Kohler products for over twenty five years.

The faucet was easy to install with clear directions. The plumbing was set up to be easy to connect. The faucet works great. The reason I gave only 4 stars was that the spray is a wide fan and very intense. This is good for rinsing dishes but tends to splash a bit. I have a deep sink and when it is pulled into the sink no problems, but if the spray head is retracted and you turn the water on, it the spray pattern is too wide.

Great Service - replacement faucet
The faucet is awesome. But we had it for 7 years and the hose sprung a leak. I guess somewhat expected and understandable. Anyways, after a couple iterations of getting the wrong hose from Kohler, they ended up sending us a new faucet because of the almost week long time without a kitchen usage. each time we talked to customer service, very nice and professional. They really do stand by products and want customer to be satisfied. I ma cynical by nature, but Kohler did me right. Thanks!

Spray head broke - 30-days in
30 days in and the high pressure water flow button on the spray head stopped functioning. I bought Kohler for the quality but maybe the Home Depot version is manufactured to inferior standards - poor quality control.

Arrived in a clearly tampered box
Arrived in an unsealed Kohler box with no protective packaging over the polished chrome. It could easily be scratched and now I have to inspect it even closer. Also it is impossible to tell what is supposed to be in the box but isn't. Not sure why Home Depot isn't doing quality control before items leave their warehouse, but now I need to search for another one.
