The design, quality, and function is a huge upgrade for me. I researched faucet options thoroughly, and am completely satisfied with my decision.

The hot - cold markings seems reversed, but the faucet works great.

This is the second Kraus kitchen faucet I have purchased. The first was for our previous home and I was so pleased with the quality and price that I decided to buy another. This design is even better than the first one. Installation took less than ten minutes and required no special tools other than the 2 metric allen wrenches that came with the faucet. I would also add that my past Kraus customer service experience has been exceptional. When the previous faucet I purchased developed a slight leak after 10 years of trouble free operation, the Kraus rep I spoke to sent me a new valve cartridge at no cost. I'm a customer for life!

Great look and easy install. Put it in last night in an hour nad half, including removing the old one! Price was very good as well since I got it on sale.

The sprayer is nice and has good pressure spray. Looks and operates smoothly. Was very easy to install. Very happy with our purchase.

If the instructions were optimal the "pro-tips" would be unnecessary. For example, it should be possible to instruct the installer in a fashion that prevents a backwards installation of the quick link between the valve body and the faucet.

Arrived in nice packaging. The instructions were simple to follow and it was easy to install the faucet. I especially liked the assembly which attaches the faucet to the counter - the way the device is designs allows you to install the faucet without having to fiddle with things underneath the sink. The only thing that would've made this better is if they changed the spray tip to a more sturdy material. Right now it is plastic and I do not know how sturdy this is.

Its not been installed yet so I have no thoughts on its functions. The description information in the box was not very clear especially regarding the two odd looking connectors that apparently don’t apply, but there is no instructions on what to do with them,

Faucet is very well built and easy to install. I like the sprayer, very good water pressure.

Modern and efficient. Easy to clean, not many crevices. Well made, feels sturdy, moving parts have quality feel.

This faucet is amazing and sleek and I'm very happy with it. The only suggestion is that the water control come with an option to have it on the right OR the left. I have to get used to switching hands because I'm holding dishes, etc. with the hand I would normally use to turn on the water.

I installed this pull down faucet in our kitchen when we put in granit counter tops and a new sink. The installation was the easiest I have ever down. My wife loves the pull down sprayer. The finish is great and does not water spot. I do kitchen remodels and have install the same model in the last four kitchens and they love them.

I thought I was getting quality when I a $275.00 faucet from a competitor for my home. It leaked and the "lifetime warranty" was garbage. A few years ago, I had purchased essentially the same Krause product for a couple of rental units I own. The Krause faucets have performed flawlessly, so it was a natural to buy this product for myself. Love everything about it!

I really like this faucet for my kitchen renovation. I have it installed, without the plate, over a kraus 28” undermount sink. The finish is very nice; compliments both my stainless and nickel finishes. I especially like the size of this “high arc” faucet. Some of the others I considered were overwhelming. The spray hose works great, goes right back into place and stays on, full or spray stream, whichever you choose. The faucet is all metal, which is a positive to me vs. plastic. Good purchase!

I am very happy with my faucet! It matches my gold sink and was easy to install.
