Could have a higher load capacity and they are too long. 2ft is would be better even 18 inches would be plenty of length. I will be buying a shorter stronger set. Unless your trailer is oversized to the length of the vehicle you are towing it leaves very little room for rachets and straps to be able to do there job

Must have for any ratchet tie down!
I was picking up a couple of tie-downs and saw these and they looked handy. Well, "handy" is does not do justice, and I make sure I have two (one for each end) for any project involving tie-downs.

The D-rings at the ends of the strap are too...
The D-rings at the ends of the strap are too small to be used on anything substantial. So to me, this thing is useless! I completely regret making this purchase.
