I Love It
As someone who doesn't have much counter space, I appreciate that the water reservoir can be positioned either on the side or in the rear of the brewer. The color is beautiful, and of course this unit works wonderfully to brew a cup of coffee pretty quickly. The only downside is that I had to purchase a specific filter (My K-Cup) to brew my own coffee, but that's nothing against this unit. Overall this is a good value and I would recommend it to anyone who is a bit tight on counter space like me.

Snap-up lid
I had a Keuring coffee maker before and loved it. However, it quit so I bought a new one, the K-Supreme Single Serve machine. I like the size but the lid "snaps" up and hits my cabinet doors! I checked out the K-Express model and it doesn't snap up. Why didn't you make the Supreme the same way. I will probably have to return this one.

    Design and color are great. I would have preferred a white retractable cord. You really don’t want to see a black cord on your counter. Large water container with handle is a plus.

    This is the third Keurig of this model, we have had problems with. The unit will not power up. Two have been replaced by warranty. They need to fix this issue for future sales.

    Of aĺllllllllll the Keurig coffee makers I've had through the years- hands down The K Supreme is my favorite. I just purchased a 2nd...as a back up as I see new upgrades are out that have more features, but this one is PERFECT for the coffee I consistently drink all day long. I simply don't need any extras. My favorites about this K- Supreme is its small, I adore the ease of the water reservoir with its HANDLE so easy & light to handle! Love how I can move the water reservoir to 3 different locations- leaving me plenty of counter space! I hope they never stop making THIS, the original K Supreme!!

    Keurig one cup coffee maker
    Keurig one cup coffee maker, Slow and splatters very bad when you make a cup. After three months I descaled it and the light will not go off it keeps blinking. They have replaced it with a new one, the new ones still splatters and is very slow.

    Good product but has a problem sealing
    My wife always uses the my K cup with her own coffie. Over time it she noticed the cups were weaker and the stream from the bottom was distorted. Found out the platform where you put your K cup or pods had warped down causing a bad seal on the top of the K cup. This was allowing water to flow over the top of the K cup and not flow through the grounds. With the new one we are going to make sure to open it after a cup is brewed so hopefully the new one will not warp. Keurig was great and replace it after 11 months of use. Keurig may want to look into a better design that will not warp. Thanks...

      Great customer service… but recall product
      I had to use my keurig warranty due to a malfunction during the descaling process. The customer service is excellent. They understood my dire need to receive my replacement keurig as soon as popsicle and had it shipped immediately to prevent further delay in my daily coffee intake. Before this replacement, we ran through some trouble shooting which brought us to replacing the product. Agent was extremely patient and understanding. My only great concern is that this is the second time this exact malfunction has happened. (2nd replacement). I also read many reviews that mention they have had the same exact issues during the descaling. When I said this to the agent she seemed unaware but was happy to replace the appliance. I am hopeful that keurig will research why this is happening and recall the product to have an end all issue resolved. This would save the company a lot of money. Now I worry about descaling my keurig… nervous this will happen again.

      This is my third Keurig in about a year. The same model. The first one quit after a few months, and was quickly replaced with no problem. The second one worked fine until it decided to dispense water along side the coffee. I managed for a few months and finally broke down and called support. After a brief explanation of my problem, they agreed to send me another one. I've been using it daily for a couple weeks now, and it is working as designed.       Well we got our new replacement Keurig coffee machine ! And it’s working absolutely wonderful ; but let me say we enjoyed our first one just as much . It just stopped working for some reason ! But your company came through without even a worry . I explain to them what happened and they just said OK you still have a warranty will send you a replacement that is what I call Customer Service and a lot of other companies need to learn that ! My daughter my granddaughter and even some of my family members all have Curry coffee machines and everybody speaks very highly of them .       Poor performance with fiber pods
      I bought the k slim to replace our similar older model. Disappointed because the multi stram head does not work with fiber pods. Does not puncture the pod properly and gets variable results. Any suggestions on fixing this problem

We recommend you only use Keurig brand or licensed/partner brands in your Keurig coffee maker as these meet the Keurig standards for taste, quality and safety and are tested to perform in our coffee makers. We do not make or test the other brands, so using unapproved pods or accessories may decrease your coffee maker’s performance, overall life and may affect its warranty.

        I am beyond frustrated. This machine replaced one that stopped working because the add water light kept coming on even when it didn’t need water.         What did they do? Send me someone else’s broken Keurig? Within a week of receiving the replacement unit, it too doesn’t work! The tank is full, the light comes on to refill water and the stupid piece of garbage will NOT work at all! What has gone wrong at the Keurig company? They used to be reputable,,,NO LONGER TRUSTWORTHY.
