[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a Christmas gift and have used all of the pieces already. We made our pasta dough with the basic recipe that was provided. We used the dough flattening attachment to flatten the dough. We then used the spaghetti attachment, followed by the fettuccine attachment. The noodles separated easily and stayed separated during cooking. Our pasta got rave reviews! As we become more familiar with the attachments, we will try our other pasts recipes. Very easy and fun to use, especially since my kids help out with a lot of cooking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for Christmas in hopes to start making homemade pasta. I did it! This product is very easy to use even for the first time pasta maker like myself.

I bought this set and have used the roller twice. the plastic on the underside cracked in 8 places. this is dangerous and I am disappointed with the quality. I see from other reviews that I am not the only one with this problem. This is a defect in the manufacturing of the product.

So disappointed - this worked wonderfully for several years but when I last used it the plastic inside of the roller cracked and started shredding the pasta. I see from the reviews that this has happened to other people and that it is not repairable. I'm not sure if you can just buy the roller separately, but it seems a shame to just throw this one away.

I read the manual like a good boy, it was short and most things are obvious. Instead of shifting the flower I just used a whisk to blend in the salt so to fluff it up a bit to break up any clumps of flour and to add air before adding the eggs and water. You will need a drying rack before you start. Cleaning the parts was easier than I had originally expected.

It takes all the work out of rolling and cutting fresh pasta with fabulous results! Our first project was to make a lasagna with fresh home made pasta. With this attachment, we were able to make the entire dish in one afternoon and serve it for New Year's Eve dinner that night!

I've had my pasta attachments for about 3 years now. I LOVE it and use it often but I just noticed cracks in the plastic underneath. For the amount of money we spend on our mixers and the numerous attachments we all own, I don't feel like it should break this easily.

First attempt at homemade fettuccine with my new Kitchenaid Pasta Roller And Cutter set. Not bad for a first try. Was easy to use, even for this novice. Easy cleanup too. I love having the ability to make fresh pasta whenever I want it, and with just a couple of ingredients that are always on hand.

I had never made pasta before but always wanted to. These attachments made the process incredibly easy and my whole family loved the pasta! Don’t let intimidation stop you from making the best pasta of your life.

I got this as a gift about a year ago and I was making pasta on the weekend and it just stopped working. I took it apart and the rod that makes it turn sheered right off. I don't know if it is just glued but I don't know how it could have broken so easily. Very disappointed in the quality of this product. It worked great before it broke though.

do not be fooled, looks well built from outside inside is low quality shaft that fits into outside shaft which you see when buying

not the quality you expect from outer appearance, you can see the outer shaft, the small piece is what is inside not made with quality material and inside the roller you can see how it broke, used this only four times, do not waste your money

My son wanted to learn how to make my spaghetti and meatballs and asked if we could try making pasta for the first time. These tools made it so easy we may never get store bought spaghetti again. Loved the tools that made this moment with my son wonderful and memorable.

pasta attachment would not seat properly enough to engage the the stand mixer attachment hub knob for securing attachment. It misses the notch by a fraction of an inch. Which seems to be prevented by the the attachment hub cover hinge mount.

Very easy to use and clean. The pasta recipe provided is good also. I had to add a bit more water than it called for Very happy with this purchase

I have always used my Grandmother's past machine, with the hand crank. I received this Kitchen Aid pasta attachment as a gift and was hesitant to use it. The you tube videos were very helpful. I made 2 lbs of pasta from start to finish in las than an hour, with no difficulties. The pasta was excellent! My Grandmotber would be impressed, if she was still with us

Made spaghetti with my nieces and we had so much fun! The process was easy and our spaghetti was delicious! You his will become a new family tradition!

Christmas gift from the kids....use it once so far and love it. Will be inviting them over for a meal made with homemade pasta.

it was simply an amazing experience learning how to use this great tool to help in the kitchen, I was very hesitant to purchase attachments but because of my niece she made the family lasagna it was amazing the taste the texture awesome. She explained to me that the attachments were well worth the money! so went out and purchased them and I just love them user friendly and easy clean up the best noodles I have every tasted.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Well built, made in Italy, a bit tricky to clean because sometimes the dried out dough would get stuck inside and rattles but doesn’t affect the use. Use the pasta roller for ravioli and dumpling wraps.

Very well made and thought out is the perfect addition to my stand mixer accessories
