[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this hand mixer about a month ago. I love the look of it. I put the whisk attachment on and I wasn't too impressed. It felt loose and not sturdy. It did what I needed it to do though. I like the slow start button. Also the cord placement is nice. Keeps it off to the side. Overall I like it. Time will prove itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thoroughly tested this KitchenAid 7-Speed hand mixer from pancake batter to thick mashed potatoes and have been impressed with the performance. The innovative mixer has soft touch buttons for speed adjustment and a lighted display. I love the whisk attachment for mixing large portions of eggs which leaves them nicely aerated and fluffy. Stylish stainless steel design with a comfortable grip is easy to operate and rather quiet even at high speed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid 7-speed hand mixer performs well. I use it quite a bit. The seven speeds work great for anything that I need to mix, it goes from low so pretty high. I usually use it somewhere in the middle. It has a quiet motor, a lot quieter than my last hand mixer. It's not loud in any way and you can hear other things while mixing, which is something I'm not used to. It looks great, the gray and silver with chrome accents really make it look expensive. Like it's made well. The mixers are definitely made to last. The metal is thick and firm and secured well. Definitely made stronger than most mixer attachments I've used. My last mixer when you use the two mixing attachments you just put them in each side, so this one they're designed to go in assigned holes. So there may different, so you really have to take an extra minute or so to figure out which one goes where. Which I find to be a hassle, but doesn't matter that much. I also thought the control panel was a little awkward. The power button is a switch. Did you have to move side to side as to where the speed button is changed by pushing. And the beaters are removed by pushing. So the fact that I would have to switch the power off and on I find a little inconvenient because if I'm ever in a position where I need to turn the mixer off quickly. I have to think about which one is the power button. It has a little red thing to let you know it's on, on the switch, but once when I was using it I didn't notice that and I plugged it in and it came on right away. I just wish it was a little different somehow. I find it inconvenient. Maybe it'll just take some getting used to. Other people might like that I just didn't care for it too much. But overall I think it works great, it blends well, gets the job done. It's very lightweight. Easy to handle. Feels good in your hand. It's easy to clean, I wish I had a case that I could store it in but I just saved the case from my last mixer and store this in there. But overall I'm happy with it and I would recommend it.

Not only is it highly stylish, but it is extremely functional and heavy duty for handmixer as well. The overall look of the mixer is a very sleek and modern. The combination of stainless steel and gray make it look very expensive, even though it was very reasonably priced for the quality and high end. The blender comes with a whipping tool and two beaters I really like the fact that the whip comes in addition to the two beaters, because I find that very useful when I need to simply whip some thing, but I don’t want to actually blend it with dual beaters. I found this handmixer very quiet for the powers that went with it, and I found the mixer to be very strong, mixing thick batter. The beaters were easy to change for quick changes to make frosting for a cake or beat eggs for meringue. I have use this mixer several times since receiving it, and it does a great job every time I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The beaters are light, but the handle any thick batter that I run them through. I like the multi speeds and having seven different options, provide many ways to use this handmixer, the mixer, easily switches from one speed to the next, with a push-up the button. Overall, this is a fantastic addition to my kitchen and I’m so glad that I have it. You won’t be disappointed by purchasing this mixer. I have a feeling it’s going to last a lifetime as it seems extremely high quality. This is expected as many KitchenAid items always exceed my expectations.

It has seven speeds so you can really customize how fast or slow you want it to go. I also really like that it includes a wisk option to really get your items fluffy! And best yet, it is quiet! Cord stays out of the way with a genius lock in place feature to left or right side. Lays and stands flats. The cord itself is round and solid so it’s super easy to keep clean. It comes with a one year warranty and has beaters and balloon whisk attachments. The wattage isn’t listed but the unit has .9 watts which is 108 watts. Energy efficient. It is plenty strong for making cookies, batters and candies. Excellent choice when I do not want to break out the stand mixer. Comfortable to hold for longish periods, not quiet but not annoyingly loud either. I would choose this Kitchen Aid hand mixer again.

Love how easy it is to out the mixing blades in and to take them out. The edge beaters and the whisk is easy to clean they are dishwasher safe . 7 awesome speeds which is great makes it possible to mix anything I like . I have a kitchenaid stand mixer that is a kitchen staple of ours but I wanted a hand mixer for quicker tasks . This mixer can go from a delicate mix to a powerful strong ! It has 7 speed settings that's easy to select with even one hand if needed. The beaters click in easy and out so clean up is super easy. Great for eggs to thick batters, even did cookie dough. I love to make whip toppings with it . Serious must have for a kitchen as it can be used to mix so many things and doesn't take up much space .

I like how it starts on low every time it's turned on so flour doesn't fly everywhere, but it moves easily from low to high, seven speeds. The cord locks into place on either side so it won't get in the way of me while I'm making the cookie dough. It also came with a whisk attachment and that was a nice surprise for me! I quickly learned how to use it and appreciated the strong but quiet motor. Overall, it's a great tool to be used for years to come. I love Kitchen Aid appliances I recommend it

The beaters are also very solid. They go in and out very easy. I love the whisk attachment and use it for pancakes every day and they come out absolutely perfect. It's easy enough for my 5 year old to use (supervised) and help me in the kitchen. It obviously does make noise but it's reasonably quiet.My family has benefited from this product immensely and it's a great appliance to have in your kitchen- you will use it for everything!

My 7 year old daughter can easily grip the mixer since it is so light and doesn't have strong vibrations either, easy to put the accessories in and out and incredible quality like everything from Kitchen Aid

We received this off our wedding registry 1yr ago. After using this about once per month, 1 of the beaters broke off while mixing peanut butter, sugar, and butter. Not the upgrade we thought we were getting from an older style mixer used for years.

If you are looking for a hand mixer that has a true "stir" speed that won't over mix or spray your tender cake batter all over your kitchen THIS mixer fits the bill. I wanted a "stir" function in a convenient hand held mixer that was as gentle as the "stir" function on my KitchenAid stand mixer. All speeds from 1 to 7 work perfectly. Very comfortable to operate with beater ejection button and buttons for up and down speed changes work seamlessly. This mixer is so QUIET - another great feature!
