Super frustrating! I tried making food in this microwave one evening and no longer works: have had less than one year. It will go on and take commands, but will not heat.

I bought this microwave about 6 months ago when I started remodeling my house. It’s been in the box since I purchased it. Just getting the Kitchen update completed. Installed Microwave Drawer today. Easy installation and has great features. Looking forward to a long period of use.

This is wonderful. It frees up counterspace and has lots of room. It is beautiful.

Ordered in August for a remodel and really like it. The customer service welcoming us to the Kutcht family is top notch! We went with Kutcht because of the longer warranty. Little more expensive but we’ll worth it! Would like it if buttons were lit up and if there was a fast heat button for 2,3 minutes and not just 1 minute.

We bought this is August for a remodel but have just started using it within the last few months. We like it, but it’s hard to read the buttons because they aren’t lit up.

Had a 10 year old drawer microwave die and found this unit and with a four year warranty compared to other manufactures only offering one it was a no-brainer.

Control panel buttons already have bubbles underneath them and spread easily. Looks bad.

I like that it is very easy to use. I wish the drawer would open and shut faster.

Not sure why all these good reviews. Heats up the plates more than the food. Have to heat for twice as long to even get hot. Prior microwave at 1/3 of the price heats way better.

I purchased the drawer microwave as an upgrade for my newly renovated kitchen. I have not had the opportunity to use it as of yet, but it surely is a beauty. I hope to soon update with a functionality and performance review.

We bought this for a kitchen remodel- it's great to have the extra counter space! This microwave drawer is VERY powerful; cooking at higher temperatures than what we've been used to. For normal reheat ( I manually enter my time/temp) I use only a power level of 3 or 4 as opposed to power level 7 or 8 on our previous Kenmore microwave; just experiment till you find what works best for you. The one thing that is challenging is cleaning- The drawer does not come out which make cleaning a bit challenging because it's hard to see the top wall to see what you are cleaning. I just have to 'feel' while I'm cleaning and not 'SEE'- which is why this only gets a 4-star rating.

This microwave works great. I love the drawer style and the fact that it is built in son it does not take up counter space.

Had a minor issue with the panel but customer service was great, no wait time to reach them, very efficient!

This microwave has stopped heating only 2 months from installation, with very little if much use at all. These reviews all say they have a great warranty, however, I am unable to reach a person to resolve this issue and get a technician out to fix it.

I bought this item 2 months ago and so far am very pleased with the aesthetics and how well built this microwave drawer is however the controls are a bit confusing. The fact it is built like a tank and has a 4 year warranty I give it 4 stars.

This is my second one the first one came damaged ,quick refund ordered new one just received it used it about a week and I’m very happy. Should have gotten years ago.

Bought this to replace a competitor’s drawer microwave that only lasted 2 years. Installation was super easy and looks great. Heats very well and has very easy to use features. Very happy with the purpose.
