This was not easy to assemble and was not a universal fit

This door knob and deadbolt combination looks great on my new door. And it was easy to key it to my existing door locks.

After rekeying has difficulty to unlock I have more than 10 all have the same issue

This lock has a picking vulnerability that is published on the internet. Moderately easy to pick once you know the “secret.” Also the metal has gotten thinner when compared to their past Titan model. The keys for this lock are not compatible with the past Titan brand and thus the ability to re-key is useless for front/rear sets which miss matched key blanks

These were very easy to install and re-key. I should have requested that all 6 match the same number so we wouldn't have to re-key. I like that they appear to be good quality. I like that you cannot accidentally lock yourself out, as often happens with other similar locks. Installing all 6 pairs(so actually 12 locks) took only about an hour. Of course the holes were already in the doors.

I like that I can re-key it by myself and it looks really nice, the drawback is that my door opens the other way and so the key cylinder is upside down on the door handle and they don't provide you with a tool to flip it over. Side note is the first one I picked up from Home Depot had been returned and apparently re-keyed, so after wasting 2 hours of my time then I had to return it and get a new one. Home Depot didn't even apologize for the error or my wasted time, no big surprise

Had problems with the key when inserted would not come out both keys get stuck have to wriggle quite a bit to get them to come out

The way you mix your returns and order pickup means wait lines for pickups are very long. Suggest you split the line.
