The refrigerator works well, the craft ice-maker is in a constant state of disrepair. Do not spend extra money getting the craft ice-maker.

Damage my floor with installion over 20 scratches…

The repair that was made it only prepared for 24 hours and now. I have to send in another ticket to get the refrigerator fix again because another era code has appeared.

I bought my LG fridge 6 months ago and I absolutely love it! It looks very stylish in my kitchen.

Getting ready to renew our kitchen and this is such a great addition, so beautiful with stainless steel and my son loves the glass visibility with the fridge. So much space and love the craft ice feature; overall experience so far is amazing!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this fridge, the only dislike (which is why it only gets 4 stars) is the lack of/bad placement of “handles”. They are too low, seems they could have incorporated an actual handle on the face, as to not have the “handles” below the glass and dispenser. Inside is nice, although there’s only an option for top shelf to be moved up or down, the other shelves are permanent. The drawers at the bottom, handle placement could have been better. The lip to open is at the bottom of each drawer which isn’t bad for the top one. the bottom one is at the very bottom, not easily accessible.other than the handle issues I personally have, it’s a great fridge. See photos for handle placement.

I bought this last December. And if one gallon of milk is put on the door basket, it falls and knocks off all the other baskets. Wel we quit using that shelf, now the second door basket / shelf is doing the same. It fell, broke the produce basket, and the glass top. FAULTY DESIGN ON THE DOOR BASKETS!! They just fall off!!

Ice machine won’t dispense, technician came out and said I would have to get a new freezer door it came in and it was installed on 2/24/23 and the ice maker still isn’t working. Now they have to order a new board for the mechanical part of the ice maker. Well now that the new door is on the gasket is not closing my freezer all the way and iceing over my freezer and all the stuff in it. When I contacted LG this morning 2/27/23 they declined to help fix the problem till the other part is fixed.

Minor issue. You have to close the doors slowly because it doesnt have handles. The inner drawers dont have handles either so u have to reach under the bottom to open them. Other than that its great & like being able to just tap on the glass to see everything inside the fridge.

We have had this fridge for a year. It’s very nice looking. The craft ice machine is amazing. Although it started making one big ice chunk instead of balls. It’s spacious and when the glass shelves shattered LG promptly sent a replacement. Customer service was excellent.

Very pleased with this refrigerator and absolutely love the craft ice maker option. Very spacious.

I bought this refrigerator 4 months ago and it’s freezer stopped working lots of food got wasted since it was a Saturday evening no one from LG available to help I did all the hard reset everything I could my whole weekend got wasted on this piece of junk had to buy small freezer to store some meat which was inside this freezer will never buy any of LG refrigerator as when I checked many people had problems with LG refrigerator and their thermostat

Had this fridge delivered yesterday. Today the fridge loses all power, stops working. Junk product, trying to get a replacement now. Regret buying this garbage product already!! Will never buy another LG product!

This fridge is state of the art with updated technology and is much bigger than the competition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the LG fridge for two weeks. There are mostly positives. We really like the slick, modern look. It blends well with our other non-LG appliances. The refrigerator side is very large and well lit. The freezer is smaller than our previous side by side, but it’s good. The craft ice is a great addition. The fridge pushes all the way to the wall due to the unique way the cord exits at the top. Lastly for the goods, it is super easy to clean on the front. Frustrating parts are just the inability to move the fridge bins (which mechanically makes sense due to the interior configuration), no butter/cheese drawer, and mostly only shelves in the freezer section instead of bins that can store more. The ice maker does take time to produce ice, but the craft ice supplements well. Overall, we love it.

This is my frist LG refrigerator and I'm so pleased with the craft ice and the total refrigerator super nice never had such a nice refrigerator.. I definitely highly recommend this and LG products

we love the fridge overall but the shelves on the door are cheaply made and have started falling off from day 1 and I have had to clean several messes because everything comes crashing down when you open or close and now one of the draws are broken it won't be long before another breaks we bought this LG in November this is crazy.how ever the craft ice is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where you love the double tap door so we do not have to open and close so much they ask maker is definitely a plus all the way around sometimes there’s a little water left at the dispenser could be something that we are doing wrong not sure yet but everything in our house as a LG product how are you like now is getting a washing machine? Is our goal Our dishwasher our stove our refrigerator our TVs our dryer for our clothes is all LG products relax one item that is a washing machine maybe if I win the $500 that will go toward a new washer machine we love LG products they cost a little more but they are worth the wait and they cost !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this not quite a month. The ice machine is doing great. The quality round ice machine is doing just great. This is a larger frig than my other. I have room in the doors for all my condiments which leave me more room in the frig to put left overs and other containers. I am getting used to the see through door. I also make other things like pickles and pickled onions that fit in it just fine. This is a great frig.

I'm loving my new refrigerator that my husband chose

We absolutely love our fridge and it was delivered 3 days ago in great condition. We had to adjust the floor to make it fit in our kitchen but it's perfect. The wait time took a few weeks because of the LG bundle we got but it was worth the wait. I appreciate how the fridge has so much tape and protective wrapping on it. Finally, Home Depot has great customer service if you find anything wrong with your orders. Just let them know asap what happened.

Door to the freezer doesn’t close properly, leaving a visible gap. Everything is constantly covered in ice crystals, & the ice makers don’t make ice. LG sent repairman out twice & it still isn’t fixed. Called this morning & told them just send us one that works & they said they have to send the repairman out 3 times before we can request a replacement (STUPID POLICY!) but they can’t send one for another 3 weeks! We’ve gone 4 months without an icemaker which was the whole reason we bought this fridge in the first place! LG customer service is worthless.
