Installation was easy and its 5 burners a godsend!

Replaced and upgraded m kitchen, very clean smooth look, no knobs, easy to use and the “lock” feature is great to prevent little ones from getting hurt.

I researched LG appliances for several years before purchasing. The performance, the price and the look are so worth the wait, I love my new cooktop

I love the space between burners that allows multiple to be used at the same time. However, after working for approximately 6 months the unit gave out. Prior to that this was my favorite appliance in my kitchen. Definitely happy I purchased the extended protection so I could at least get a refund to buy a replacement as this exact model has been on back order.

I’ve had 2 months and so for it has worked quite well. I got it to replace one with the same features.

Bought this unit 5 years ago. Dual burner fails to cycle off and continues to heat up which is a fire hazard. 2nd LG appliance that has failed within 5 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and really enjoy cooking on it. The features where you turn off/on the cooktop are just right and easy to use. Top cleans up very easily. The child proof lock works well. So glad I bought this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the user interface and burner/control layout. Note the unit is about 1/16th of an inch wider than its specifications. This required grinding out granite countertop to fit in our case. Also recommend noting the model/serial number of the unit before installed as it will be hidden once installed. Otherwise great so far in our 3-week ownership.

After a log wait LG LCE3010 cooktop was delivered on October 4 th. Eversince it was delivered Power On/Off button has been tempramental. Sometimes once touched it's on. Sometimes it does not come on, sometimes once press hard, it comes on etc. When it does not come on, circuit breaker has to be turned off and on to get it back on. Electrician checked it thoroughly and power is coming up to junction box that feeds the cooktop. This has been a very frustrating experience. i built a new kitchen. LG oven and microwave are still backorderd. Without a functioning cooktop, kitchen is not functional.

It took a little while for me to finally get my cooktop, but I couldn't be more pleased. I love that it is completely smooth with no knobs and it is so easy to clean. It is very simple to operate, too!

Although the time between purchase and installation was lengthy I am happy to report it was all worth it. This beautiful LG cooktop replaced a 20 year old cracked and failing cooktop and I could not be happier! The child lock keeps my kitties from turning on a burner with their paws (although I keep it covered so they don’t walk on it anyway.) The controls are easy to use and only having to touch the number selection for the level of heat is so much easier than sliding your finger around the numbers. The burners heat quickly and cool down faster than my previous cooktops. I am so pleased with this purchase! Now if I could just find the LG double wall oven I want to replace the current 20 yr old microwave/oven combo that is rusting away…

Was great til I had a boil over making jam. Cleaned according to instructions but now gray and some paint off that burner. I used cloth and the cleaner that came with. Back burner now making a noise I am keeping am ear put as the other 4 are quiet.

We love the fact that there are no knobs! So easy to clean. All burners are very responsive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this cooktop locally, it was installed on June 27 and was used 3 times when it completely shut down in the middle of cooking dinner (June29)! It has not worked since. The Repair Tech came out and decided it needs a new circuit board ... which was ordered and due in on July 8 ... they plan on installing it July 11. We have had to eat out or find other methods of cooking for the past several weeks .... I would not recommend purchasing one of these cooktops. I have looked at the on-line reviews and have noticed that the same problem has been occurring with this cooktop for the past 2 years. You would think that LG would have looked into correcting the problem, long ago!

One of the burners broke after 2 years. Would not recommend.

There is a major learning curve just to stsrt the stove. On top of that, if anyone visiting wsnts to use it its an effort. My biggest complaint is that sometimes it just wont turn on!!! I have trued 30 timesat one time snd have not been able to start it wgich is particularly annoying at the end of a long work day. Unfortunately i bought it May 30th last year, and even though it wasn’t installed until October, I’m out of warranty. This has been a huge disappointment to a nicely renovated kitchen. Its a total mistake!

Seems to work fine, replaced Jenn-Aire with cracked glass. Takes a little time to learn to operate.

Can’t get high heat or turn certain burners off individually- need to shut the entire cook top off. Repair is SLOW!!!! I personally think this is a fire hazard. Still waiting for the repair guy to show up with the part!
