Used two jugs of this product to fill small 1/8"-3/16" cracks in the fall of 2016 along a 450 ft long asphalt drive. Some took a 2nd coat as it pulled down into the cracks. 6+ hours labor. Looked great when it went down and appeared to have filled the crack after drying. Now it's spring 2017 and remnants of the product are still visible on the surface of the asphalt along where I filled, and ALL of the same cracks are visible again. I noticed some of the cracks re-appearing during the winter here in Virginia. I try to keep up with small cracks between entire driveway re-sealing so there is no degradation of the asphalt and this is NOT the product to use. I will be going back to another caulking gun applied product that does work.

Filling driveway cracks is one of those routine maintenance chores that I am not fond of.  I used to use blacktop crack filler (http://d2ul0w83gls0j4.cloudfront.net/products/18/300/186561.jpg) which I ordered online.  It came in a gallon size, though it needed to be transferred into a smaller bottle to use as it did not come with a spout.  I've recently switched to this brand and I really like it.  It pours easily, is self-contained, and dries quickly in a nice color that really matches my driveway.  The price is comparable to other brands, and it is readily available at my local home depot.  All in all this is a good value that delivers excellent quality.  For storage, it has lasted on the shelf for a few months after opening.  I've just shook the bottle vigorously and then re-applied and it has worked without issues.  That said, the small size most often means that I usually use an entire bottle without needing to store it.

I prepped cracks and followed directions the the letter. Hours and hours filling cracks with sand!! Cracks filled and used their driveway sealer as well. The 8 year stuff. Driveway looked great for about a month, then all the crack filler began to shrink, dry and separate. Company offered to send more crack filler after i already purchased more to re-apply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME / MONEY! Home Depot shouldn't even sell this brand as far as I'm concerned! Half of the jugs were solid at the bottom as well..

This stuff is great to work with. Easy to apply, great value . I had a very rough driveway that needed some dire attention. The stuf filled in the the small cracks without any problem

I am a property manager and bought this to fill cracks in my parking lot. I had to order more and go back and refill them again. Even after the second application, I still have cracks. My property in an affordable housing community and we do not have a large budget for repairs so I was really hoping that this product would work for the price. This product was a waste of our resources. Now we have to wait until next year and buy another product. The photo attached is after two applications. The dirt is starting to fill up in the cracks again, then there will be weed and grass growth. We will have to start the process all over again from power washing out the cracks, to refilling.

Product will work best if prep instructions are followed.

This product is good for fixing small & minor cracks, anything bigger and more serious use the latex-ite shallow fill trowel patch with a putty knife or heatable latex-ite pli-stiks. It's pretty simple to use , cut nozzle ,squeeze bottle, fill cracks, easy water clean up. Make sure to use on warm, clear days for best results.

Use this to per-fill a small crack down the driveway before sealing. It work great, four weeks, then I applied the sealer/treatment and within a week the crack was back.

Too thick and hard to dispense

Product worked well, filled all cracks and was easy to work with.

Appears so far to go on easy and fill the cracks. Used an old plastic putty knife to smooth out the filler material.

First 2 bottles I ordered I was able to shake up the contents before applying as directed on the bottle. 2 weeks later I ordered 2 more bottles and could not shake the bottles. I hope the materials are as good as first bottles. Only time will tell if they provide protection on the cracks.

A product that lives up to its hype, it dries in 6 to 8 hours. The only thing that I was not to pleased with, is that it dries to a shiny finish. I would have preferred medium to flat black.

Flows easily directly from the jug. It will self-level, so I made a light first application then followed up with a second coat after I saw how much it covered. Allow a day or two before making the second coat. Would buy again.

Covers and dries quickly! Use every year!
