Searched for chrome semi-wrap 1/2 inch overlay hinge/found none. This satin nickel hinge was the closest thing, so gave it a try. Finish looks fine with new chrome pulls because enough glint and not next to pulls. Switched to shorter screws to attach plate to the door since provided screws seemed too long for my door. Replacement screws don't match the finish inside as well, but they work. Had problems with door bouncing/staying open 1/4 inch until tightened screws in the door. Happy!

So very glad Liberty is still making this design. It allowed us to change out our hinges from a bronze to nickel when we painted our cabinets.

They look exactly like the picture. Nice hinge! Keeps the cabinet door securely shut but opens with ease! Excellent update to my kitchen. We are just starting our remodel and have one cabinet done. I can't wait to see them with the new counter tops and flooring! Very happy with my purchase!

After painting my oak cabinets I wanted to replace the face-mounted hinges with these which are semi-concealed. These were a perfect match for the brushed nickel hardware. They were easy to install and had no flaws so far (still have a few more cabinet doors to finish). I would certainly recommend these.

The hinges matched correctly or the correct size performed marvelously

As many noted, the hinges don't close. It's easy enough to bend them open but you shouldn't have to. The bigger issue is that the overlay is 3/8" and not 1/2". This makes your your too wide. The hinges work fine so I recommend, but be prepared to adjust them. If you have a lot of doors, I would buy something else.

I wanted to replace the old gold finish hinges on my cabinets with nickel finish ones. I looked everywhere and Liberty is the only manufacturer to have this product and Home Depot has it. So I bought them. My old hinges have slots on both sides so that the door position can be adjusted vertically and horizontally. However, this new hinge has holes on one site (as seem in the left picture) and so the door can not be adjusted horizontally. Strangely, the quarter inch hinge of the same style from the same manufacture has slots on both sides (as shown in the right picture), a much better design. But unnaturally I need the half inch over lay. It’s so hard to align the doors and adjust the gap between doors.

The product does exactly what it says it would. It operates smoothly and installation is about as simple as it can be for a hinge. I installed 54 of these hinges in about 8 hours, reinstalling my cabinet doors after we re-painted them white. We were lucky to find this hinge in the color we wanted. We had similar Liberty hinges installed prior to our project so it was great to find new hinges that matched the holes from the previous hinges. I would have given this a better quality rating, but one hinge did come with some rust on it. The rust was in an area that would be inconspicuous after installation, so I did not return the unit.
