The overall look is very beautiful. Exactly the look we were going for. We chose to use this product in our bathrooms and the product has held up very well. It was also very easy to install.

I just installed this flooring last week and I love It!!!!! My first time ever installing a floor. The key is how the planks fit together on the long side. You want put come in at almost a 90degree angle to the plank that’s down. Then push forward and down as you lower it down to the floor. That’s how to really get the pieces to lock. IT LOOKS GREAT!!!!!

If you don't get the planks in the exact right place the first time it is nearly impossible to reposition them without tearing the adhesive on the already placed plank.

I already had a wood grain laminate installed and had to replace portion of it in the washer room due to water leakage. I couldn't find the same exact grain and I believe the stone scratch design is a great transition. I love the fact that the underlying matt portion is attached. I installed it directly over concrete floor. Installation was super easy, lot less mess than laminate or wood planks. Just be careful with the edges not to hit it anywhere since they are easy to snap and break.

This floor is gorgeous. I always suggest ordering a sample box to make sure it is the color you want as samples vary. Once you put the floor down do not try to take any peices up, it will break. Once you get the flow this flooring is easy to install. Used in a 700 sq ft salon and couldn't be happier

I like the look of the product and the idea behind it being water proof etc. The main issue I had was it did not snap together well as other Engineered flooring I have used does. I only did a small bath about 3 boxes. Thank god I didn't use it in my whole basement as I indented. It would not go together proper and left some slight gaps between the pieces. Also felt a little uneven high and low between boards. I am a engineer in the furniture industry. I would suggest making changes to the locking joints. They don't lock good. Thank you Keith Kiper

I have an old home 1920's and used this in a mudroom and bathroom. I am now considering placing this in our kitchen. This product is more expensive than other products but the quality exceeds the other less expensive options.

When I opened the boxes there was more of a distressed look than the sample made me believe. Since my project would be set back a couple weeks if I returned it I decided to put it down anyway. It is a different style than I am used to, but I really like it now that the bathroom is complete. It went down easily and looks great. It is waterproof so that is what is needed in a wet area. It looks good and is easy to install. I would have given it five stars if the sample looked more like the product. If they had full size planks in the store it would have helped. Still a nice product.

I just installed 13 boxes, about 230 sq feet in a kitchen. They went in pretty easily once I got the hang of it. I like the feel so far. Haven't had much wear on them yet though - in a cottage so I'll update after we've had some traffic. So far I really like the look and feel. Here's some info on the install. 1. Contrary to some reviews, these did indeed cut by scoring - BUT - I scored the top surface probably 4-5 times with a box cutter. THEN be sure to also score the bottom. There is a rubberized backing on the bottom - if you don't score that as well, it will not break when you crack the plank at the cut line. It will tear and pull off the plank which you don't want. So, score both sides, then break sharply over your knee like you were breaking a stick. 2. As per the instructions, first slide the short end of the plank into the last laid plank, snug it tight, then place a board over the seam and pound it down to lock in place. This creates a very tight seam. I used a 1x2 about 18" long for that, using a rubber mallet. I also used the 1x2 18" for the next step. 3. After the short end is locked, MAKE SURE the long end is tucked under the long end of the plank previously laid (in the previous row). If not, and you start banging on the long end with the 1x2, you will damage the edge tab and little pieces will break off preventing a good lock. So be sure as you gently pound on the 1x2 along the long edge to slide it into the previous row that the long edge tab is going to slide under the already laid plank. 4. Continue gently tapping the 1x2 to push the plan into the previously laid plank. You will see when it is locked home - the joint will be almost unnoticable. If you can't get the joint to seal tightly, there is some obstruction - for me it always was a small bit of broken off tab because at first I wasn't doing step 3. When you get near the final wall, or in cutouts (e.g. for a stove or something), you might want to get an angle bar thing that has a flange on one end to insert into the gap between the tile and wall, and a flange on the other end to bang on. This is to pull the tile into the previous one and lock the joint because there isn't enough room to otherwise bank on the edge of the newly placed tile. For cutouts or notches, I used one of those oscillating tools with a wood blade - that worked great and gave accurate cuts. Overall it went in pretty easy and I'm happy with the product, and would use again pending how it wears once we have some history with it.

Really a nice product. If you take your time and really "seat" all the planks, the floor comes out fantastic. Tip: When you attach a piece, really take care to use a block to seat the tongue into the groove and then use a block to tap the long edge against the mating board. If you take time and really tap (hit) it into place, the seam will disappear. It's pretty easy to do, and will make the floor look a thousand times better than if you don't really seat the joints perfectly. Super easy to lay a 140sf mud room. Also, I'd say the flooring is a bit more "scratchy" looking than the pictures show, but still looks very nice. We are happy with the product.

This product goes down just like standard lock-together flooring. It has a great feel underfoot and my wife loves it. Very little damage out of the box and the few minor issues I ran across was easily used under the stove area or cut out around a door frame. (planning is everything) Installation was no harder than anything I have used before. You have to be careful because the core material is not wood so It is more easily broken if your hammer slips off the block. I did not use any special tools. Regular hammer and small block of wood. It cuts nice with a razor. Chop saw works fine but I don't recommend it unless you can cut outside to keep plastic dust out of the house. I read some complaints about working around door frames. The long seam can be hooked and still allow the plank to slide if you keep it tilted up at a slight angle. this allows the plank to be tapped in tight areas without much trouble. It is made to go in one way so always plan to have the bottom side of the snap edge to work off of. One bottom edge is on one long and one side. The planks should always lock in using a down push and tap. If you have to lift the planks off of the floor to hook the next piece you are putting it in backwards and will have a rough time! I do not install flooring for a living.

My Husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this floor! Install was fairly easy the only problem we had was scoring and breaking the planks they were too thick so we used a jigsaw instead of following the manufacture's directions. My toddler has already put the floor through the works with a hammer and all of his play cars so far no scratches or dents.

First of all be careful in going by the store sample. My sample was a solid light gray which I was thrilled with. But when my boxes of flooring arrived it was not that way. Since I'd waited on the flooring and did not want to send it back and start over I kept it and installed it. Instead of being the soft gray I'd hoped for its more like gray with spilled paint. It is not easy to install and CANNOT be cut using a utility knife as per the instructions. I used a miter saw. Be care when connecting the pieces end to end as the tiny ridge used to connect the pieces is easily damaged which impairs making atight seem.

The flooring is a very high quality product. I'm glad I watched the installation video as this floor needs to be installed differently than most laminates because of the snap and lock end seams. I found that with this and most lock together laminates, a tapping block is a MUST. I installed 200 sq. ft. in our kitchen. I choose this floor because it is 7mm thick and is waterproof. This floor has transformed our kitchen into a show place.

They ran out and we can’t finish
No idea IF or WHEN they will have, we spent a lot of time and MONEY. No resolution from HOME DEPOT!! Horrible customer service and quality was mediocre at best!!!! Never again

The boxes came after two delays and were left in the snow and across the sidewalk, blocking our entrance. Also, more than half of the boxes were ripped and/or open on the ends so that when I picked them up, the boards slid out. I ended up returning them and buying something at Menard’s that worked better.

KNOW THIS BEFORE YOU BUY.... multiple planks in multiple boxes were damaged. Be sure to examine each corner (this seemed to be where most were damaged). BE THAT PERSON. If the corner piece is damaged it sticks up and for one looks bad and for two continues to get worse with shoes catching on it and such. Also the click in sides on multiple planks were damaged making some pieces not fit tightly. IF the plank is fully intact with no damage the floor looks and feels beautiful and would be 5 stars but I had to ask my contractor to remove multiple pieces and start over because the planks were damaged. Then I had to take back the boxes that had damaged pieces and order more which then took a week to get in and set back the project and my contractor time. I then had to order more boxes than planned just in case planks were damaged. Which they were. After all said and done it does look beautiful but there are one or two damaged planks that were too far back in the project that I could not replace them and now I have a brand new expensive floor that was imperfect before we even took one step on it. As soon as I started looking at each piece right out of the box and making sure it was not damaged in any way before installing it, it looked great. SO that being said order more boxes than planned and make sure you are inspecting each plank before it is installed. Returns are easy so make sure you are getting what you pay for.

Color was as expected. Easy to install. One box was damaged so there were a few pieces damaged, but we didn’t need them as we had enough to finish the job.
