This Spa is a perfect size! First time owning a spa and this one has been great! Fast delivery, easy setup! Took a day or so to heat up, but once heated it only drops 1-2 degrees after an hour of spa use in the winter.

Overall happy but it does lose temperature if you are in it for longer than 30 minutes. so we will be changing it to 220V to keep the temp up when we are in it. I think the option to change to 220V is a nice feature. I do like that the material is pretty indestructible and because it’s retro molded there are very few areas where mice/animals can get in to chew wires etc. That’s very nice too. I gave 4 stars simply because of the temperature dropping factor, hopefully the swap to 220v will help that BUT for that price it’s excellent

This is a great tub for the money. $2999. I shopped everywhere and this was the largest with the most jets for under $4500.

Just like other reviews on this site. DO NOT PURCHASE. Cabinet has been warped severely since about a month after purchase. Has leaked severely for the last 2+ years. No one will even bother to come look at it. They know these tubs are garbage. I have owned this tub for about 4 years and most of that time has been dealing with quality issues. Shame on you Lifesmart for selling a low quality tub and shame on Home Depot for not standing by the garbage they sell. I paid $3000 for a tub I can't even use.

1- This spa does not have a drain valve. It has a hose connection at the bottom but with no valve. It is impossible to empty the spa without just draining it onto the floor. If I tried to connect a hose to drain elsewhere I would have a very large wet mess. Since I installed it in a finished sun room, I will have to siphon it out. If the brain dead jerk who designed this had just put a $2.00 valve in line, the problem would be solved. It is impossible to pull back the drain hose to raise it above the water level to connect a garden hose. STUPID DESIGN ! ! ! 2- The spa runs far too often. There is no adjustment. Annoying sound (near to the bedroom) and excessive electricity use. I had to install a timer in the power line to correct this.

Bought this tub about 18 months ago and it was really good for about a year. Then little by little this thing just fell apart....We couldn't turn side jets on because the control froze, the outside shell casing bowed out, it developed a small leak which then turned into a major leak. We called the company (very hard to get in touch with them, btw) and were told our warranty had expired. No hot tub place anywhere near us wanted to touch this thing to repair it, so now we have a big pile of garbage that we'll probably have to pay someone to take to my landfill. Previously, we owned a Tiger Springs Hot tub which went on and on for 20 years without a problem. It's better to spend the money initially to get a better quality product. Don't waste your hard earned money!

We have had this Hot tub for almost a year now and love it! I have wanted one for many years and when I saw this on sale I jumped on it. Honestly it came with a few dings probably from storage and/or shipping. Home Depot was kind enough to give us a small refund due to the condition. The water temperature stays nice and hot and so far no problems. We love the design of this tub and love the bench style seats, it is very comfortable. We highly recommend this product!

I bought last April for $2,999, so far working great. My back issue is why I purchased. This does help with my back and leg pains.

Good value priced tub for those with similar features. We’ve had ours for a year now with no major issues. Easy set up n maintenance but does require monthly filter change n chemicals to keep at its best. Hard top cover is quality n sufficient. Mine is outside n stayed hot during winter temps of 20s. Excellent pressure on adjustable Jets The waterfall n light options are a nice feature. My power bill increased about $20 in winter $10 in the summer. Not luxury but nice. Would purchase again.

Tub runs but leaks out of control corner side of cap due to bad shell design and control knob sticking up higher than rest of tub. Company notified and asked for pictures and agreed they saw the issue and would schedule repair. No response the following week and when contacted again tried to get us to return to store instead of fixing. Asked them to honor 90 day warranty and they tried to blame problem on us now. Would not recommend.

using frog easy for the sanitation. body feels like jelly when i get out. weird quirks but great unit for the price. get a cover lifter though the cover is too awkward sized to lift easy. highly recommend only at a week. the delivery company was useless

I just ordered this spa. Where did y’all get steps from?

My neighbor upgraded her spa to a regular one and just gave me this, She bought it 5 years ago and never had a problem with it except the waterfall control breaking. I fixed it easy fix, the glue just fails on the control valve. Only other issue that arose was a sticking relay for the pump. taking the control box cover off rectified the problem. On the inside of the tub its a simple design with no heater but rather a friction heater pump. Thats good as the heater is usually the first thing to fail on hot tubs. Whats bad about that type of heater is that heat is only produced when the pump is running. It heats about 1 degree every 20 min or 3 degrees per hour. I had my doubts about a plug and play spa but oh boy was I not disappointed. Sure if your looking for extreme jet power, this tub is not for you with its 1HP motor but for me, it works perfectly and is enough power for me. You can control the jet power some by the big control valve diverter. Its built like a tank. I have seen reviews about the sides bulging and mine is also some but, it affects the inside none. Does not bother me. Overall a good choice for a spa or as your first spa.

This is truly a great value hot tub. We have had ours for about a month, everything has gone smooth. It took three full days to come up to temperature the first time, although the ambient temperature was probably in the 20s overnight. It heats slower than I anticipated even when the temperature has been higher, but that is a great trade off not to have to run 220v out to that location, so for me, it's definitely no deal breaker. Everything else has been pretty great. The only part I am a little bummed about is the cupholders aren't actually worth a darn. They are at such an oddly steep angle , without enough of an edge, that I wouldn't trust a beverage in anything other than one of them.

OK, we have been enjoying this spa for 10 months now, a true gift during pandemic. The quality, build, power, and delivery: Outstanding. We have not noticed an increase in electric usage. It does specifically heat via friction from jets, I have no idea how it works, but we keep it set at 104 and it always is 101 to 104. I don't know how it works with a heater, but it does. Jets are powerful and soothing. Quite easy to maintain and clean. We do have our pool service handle the chemicals weekly and it is perfect each time we use it. The delivery guys were awesome and helped placed the unit, even though they did not have to. It was very much appreciated and we tipped them for their extra work. So very happy with the spa. Looks like it may be out of stock and we paid half price of what it now sells for.

This is a great tub other than the sides loose their shape and bulge. I have it on a flat concrete pad so their should not be any issue with it bulging. It makes it look cheap when guests come over and is kind of an embarrassment. Other than that it works well. Kinda a bummer. I got this tub in 2018, and every year more bulges appear.

Just plug it in, fill it up and enjoy. Was glad I read in the reviews that it is delivered to your driveway only and it is up to you to move it to the back yard. Also wish the cup holders were useable but as far as a hot tub it is great. The colors are beautiful and it was definitely a good investment.

Good quality. took long for delivery, but I think that was because of Corona and everything being shut down. I was able to give the delivery gentleman a healthy tip to take it down the driveway and leave it where it was going to be placed.

Love it! Would rather have all around seating instead of lay down lounge though. No one uses it. Spa is great!

Simple to use and set up. Very comfortable and fun for everyone. Keeps water hot even while in use. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the delivery options did not included placement upon delivery. They put it in the front yard and refused to help move it to the location. There was never any option to have it set in place and that is a necessary feature of a hot tub delivery.

We have owned this for 6 months now. We live in southeastern PA, and although we had a milder than average winter [snowed once, warmer than usual], we still weathered some pretty frigid temperatures to use our new hot tub! Many years ago we owned a $6000+ Bullfrog hot tub. We were really worried this would be a disappointment compared to that one given the lower price and fewer amenities. I have to say though, we have been very pleasantly surprised! We find it to be very spacious for myself and my husband - feel we could comfortably fit another adult in but don't really want to, lol. The jets are good and strong and we are happy with the number of them - especially for the price on sale! The lighting is a really nice feature, the waterfall could be nicer if it projected a bit more. As it is it's not super noticeable. We both find the material to be perfectly fine aesthetically, easy to clean, and obviously so much lighter than the fiberglass one we owned previously! If I could make one change it would be for the maximum temperature to go a little higher. I believe our previous spa went up to 106. 104 is good, but after being open 20 mins or so - especially during the winter - it definitely comes down at least a few degrees - and it's far less therapeutic at 100 degrees. We both have arthritis, chronic back, neck and knee pain, I have fibromyalgia, and we are constantly tending to over use muscle injuries. That extra few degrees would make a huge difference. That being said, every time we get in it we are extremely grateful to have it and that it was offered at such a great price! **Would like to know which lids everyone is using though - ours is supposed to work for this model, and it does - but you can definitely see steam rising from certain areas during cold spells and it's obvious heat is escaping from a less than perfect fit...**

Took forever to heat....like 50 hours! It's up to heat now, still too early to really know.
