This was purchased for my kids, 9 and 12 years old. We picked it up from Home Depot, it arrived 2 weeks from the purchase date. It came in a large box, the size of the backboard. It was well packed and all pieces were nicely packed in bags that correlated with the steps to assemble it. Although my husband put it together, I would say it was easy considering it did have many little pieces. It took him 2 hours 45 minutes, as he took his time. Pay attention to the placing of the pre-drilled holes on all the poles, we made one mistake and had to disassemble a small part but it was not a huge setback. If you do wish to move the goal around I would recommend two people to be safe. It is easy to adjust the height. Overall, good purchase for the money.

Works great! Easy setup with great instructions, real quite back board, no rattles and feels real sturdy on miss shots. Had an minor issue and contacted customer support and without hesitation, looked after my inquiry. Thanks Lifetime!

Bought this for the grandkids during these boring times (covid 19) to give them a reason to go outside. Seems to be working. They do some homework and when they need a break go out and shoot some hoops.

Purchased this basketball goal for my grandsons for Christmas. I had a friend assemble it single-handedly in about 4 hours with no problems. It is well made and looks like it will last. The height is adjustable so it will grow with the boys. They love it!

I just purchased a portable basketball hoop. Went together relatively easily and just had one of the net hooks on the rim break off. Just one call and a replacement rim is on its way!

I really did not expect the level of support I received from Lifetime. In this day and age, it unfortunately feels the customer is on his own if something goes wrong after the sale. We got it as a gift during g Christmas and we just started to put it together and we had 2 of the same parts so called and it took few min to get it all fixed and a new part on its way to us with out a charge Awesome customer service Tressa was great!!!

I purchased a lifetime basketball system from a wholesale company. It was missing two (2) parts. I called up lifetime customer service that was provided and they quickly asked for the model and placed the order to ship what I needed free of charge. Friendly and courteous. I'm just waiting til it gets here so we can enjoy an awesome product.

I've lost the plug in the base of the basket and Emily send some newone to me.

Painfully hard to put together. One screw was missing - another broke off in the hoop. It has left for a shaky system.

Good product, Reasonable Price.

Bought about 1 week ago and it’s a lot better than previous basketball system we had. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Adjustable height system is easy to change. Recommended fill for the base is sand but fill hole is far too small (less than 1” inch). With 375 lbs to fill this took about 1 day. Overall happy with the purchase though.

Excellent customer service.

Not the easiest thing to put together but with two people, you can get it done in a half a day. It's aesthetically pleasing, but more importantly my nine-year-old is in love.

Defective handle! Won’t stay lock. When position into place. Spring keeps coming off? For the price I paid !!! Not happy at all!

A little complicated to put together

We purchased this for our kids. Perfect for recreational play. It took almost 3 hours to assemble, however, we took our time and followed the directions and had no problems. It adjusts easily in 6 inch increments from 8-10 feet. The pole and goal are heavy and securing the base is very important. 2 people can easily move the goal using the wheels on the base.

As expected, had one like this before that lasted for years. Very sturdy.
