Great little sprayer. Love the "all-steel" construction. It doesn't take too long to build up pressure using the manual pump.

Make sure all adjustments are tight as it will leak when being used, but it is a good sprays that is well made

High quality. Great pressure, no need to repeatedly pump. Worth the price.

If you plan to use this for oil based stains or weed killer, it's nice. Stainless steel won't rust out on you. I, however, bought this to spray a UV protectant stain on my fence, and it did not work. Stain came out like watered down toothpaste, and i had to use a brush to cover the slats. Tried higher pressure but that did not help.

This sprayer is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for". It may cost more than a plastic home owner grade sprayer, but it is designed and built to work. I purchased this sprayer to use on the ranch to spray Tordon on fresh cut Mesquite stumps. I needed something that would not be damaged riding around in the bed of a UTV all day long. I decided to go back to the metal sprayers that I remembered from my youth. I am very pleased with this unit. It appears to be a quality product that will stand up to heavy use for years to come.

It works just fine.I used it a day and a half and it worked great..One nut kept loosening so I had to tighten it with a wrench.I’m happy with it.

Looks awesome however as soon as I filled it up with acetone, the hose fell apart, the sprayer would not stop leaking and did not perform. Very disappointing looks were very deceiving

First off, I bought this sprayer because all metal parts are stainless steel including the pump cylinder and handle. Beware, some competitive brands advertise all stainless steel, but have plastic pump cylinders. The sprayer works well for my needs, HOWEVER, if I were a design engineer for Longray, I would expand the funnel opening at the top and increase the hand pumping capability for faster pressure build up. Another concern that I had before purchasing this pump was replacement parts. Although this pump is well made, anything mechanical with moving parts will eventually fail in some way. I called Longray and they confirmed that replacement are available. Finally, I use this sprayer to kill grass and weeds around the property line and any borders where one would normally use a gas or electric weed eater. When finished, the pressure relief valve must be used so that any left over chemical can be removed from the tank. BE CAREFUL, when releasing the pressure, air will sometimes force a spray of the chemical out of the release valve. For this reason I always wear rubber gloves whenever I use this sprayer. Overall, I would recommend this sprayer but always use caution when spraying with dangerous chemicals.

I was pretty happy with the website ordering process; the "Longray 1.5-Gallon Sprayer" ordered and the ease in picking it up at my location of choice. I did have one small issue, which I brought to the Longray Company's attention, and was told that the different vendors or sellers have their own "add-on's" in their sale of the Sprayers. I read in a small Product Informational Insert in the Home Depot shipping box, which gave notice to the buyer, that I was instructed not to use the additional washers & gaskets provided as the sprayer assembly already had them. The additional small packet of washers & gaskets were something Home Depot provides as an additional selling point. Well, I looked for that additional Packet of washers & gaskets and it was nowhere to be found. Was I missing the Packet of washers & gaskets in my shipment order?Otherwise, and most importantly, I have a great "Longray 1.5-Gallon Sprayer" to use at home which I purchased through Home Depot here in Santee, California. Trigger lock is about useless. However it was very simple to remove, Works very well now.Hand pump I would rate very poor, It requires many, many pumps to build any pressure. Very glad it has a means to connect air from a compressor to pressurize. Overall I would rate it FAIR.

I was tired of buying plastic sprayers every few years. I was also tired of inferior spray tips, leaks, and pressure being lost... these longray sprayers rule. I will have this for the rest of my life because its solidly built, stainless steel, and very well made. It holds pressure steadily for hours. I pumped it up to 30lbs, drove home and forgot to empty/clean it out because i was exhausted after working all day. I got up the next morning and it was still at exactly 30lbs. The sprayer itself is really nice. You adjust the tip from fan spray to a tight beam and everything in between. When you let go of the handle it ALMOST stops immediately. Its not a B

I have never owned a sprayer that is as well made as this, having features that you do not see on other sprayers (i.e., pressure gauge, relief valve, tire inflator valve, etc.).
