Easy to install and update/upgrade switching operations around the home.

The switch was bad after wiring it.

I have installed Lutron caseta system for over a year and it's working great. They are using their own connectivity protocol which appears to be very stable. I do use this system with Google Home. I have installed a combination of dimmers, switchers and pico remotes around the house. The Pico remotes work well for creating a 3 way switch. The customer support is good, it takes about 20 minutes to get in touch with them, but they are polite, knowledgeable and will guide you through the process. Read the instructions beforehand and the installation is going to be easy (the bridge included). I have led recessed lights that work with dimmer. In general, I had no trouble with LED bulbs from Sylvania and Philips. I found that even the quiet labelled Philips bulbs are buzzing but Sylvania bulbs are way quieter. I have 1 LED light fixture that is not compatible with Lutron switch/dimmer because the load wasn't large enough (I don't remember what is the threshold but the customer service people do know). There is a workaround using a LUT-MLC capacitor that I found on a forum, but personally, I didn't bother.

Product works as advertised. The hub setup was a bit complex because of the network security. The wiring was simple. The Alexa integration isn't completed, but it shouldn't be complicated. I would recommend this product.

Very cool and easy to set up. Only complaint is this only comes with one plate and no mounting bracket, so mounting the Pico remote requires another purchase.

Really easy to use and installed

Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Works as advertised. I'm controlling three outdoor lights on an out building. The pico remote works in the main building some 150ft away not problem.

This is a great idea for a smart home, however, I did have issues with my outdoor LED lights using this dimmer (2-wire) kit as they would flicker when at 100%. Switched it out with a 4-wire On/Off only switch and the problem was resolved. Used the dimmer in a different location within the home.

Just got the system installed, it was a piece of cake to install and set up the base dimmers and picos. Set up a few scenes and have played with it and really like the system. As for long term I cannot give an opinion at this time.
