It’s a beautiful Simple fan. It’s installed in our pavilion! Love the many speeds and the color. Also, rather quiet on higher speed. Build shipped very quickly and excellent to customer service excellent to work with !

Excellent fan! We put it in our newly-screened porch, and it provides good air movement with no noise. The remote control is easy to use, and a bonus to have in addition to a wall switch. We also added a light, which is simple and unobtrusive.

Great simple fan. It is smaller than I expected as the housing is small too. I think the term "simple simple" defines it well. Great fan. Moves air great. We have it on our back porch and really like it.

Beautiful, but because of the size of the blades it does not have a lot of air flow. If you are looking for something strong this might not be for you. Especially if you are planning on using it outside.

Got 5 of these 2 had problems. Do you know build just sells the product and once you install it, all issues are with manufacturer Which means they have to “troubleshoot” a fan that quits working after a few days. At that point, manufactured will send parts deemed defective by their tech group Very annoying

Love the sleek simplistic design. Love the airflow from it. The one problem is it makes a clicking noise above speed 2

I purchased this to replace a different MinkaAire fan that for some reason made a continual gawdawful humming noise. Fortunately, Build returned that one with no issue and I replaced it with this one. I'm very happy, while simple in looks, it's quiet and puts out a great deal of air if needed, but we mostly keep it on the 3 setting and that's enough. It's a DC fan so I understand that's energy efficient.

Very quiet and great air movement

Motor was defective on the first one, disheartening when you are 16 feet in the air. Returned the first and ordered a second, and the motor was worse than the first all it did was twitch at any speed. Returned for a second time. Would highly suggest everyone stay away from this model of fan

Look great, work as good as any ceiling fan I've ever had, "definitely waterproof" - per the licensed electrician who installed them, and are quiet even at top speed.

The fans look and work great on our outdoor patio. We've only had them up for a month so far but no complaints

Great fan! Works perfectly in our bedroom.

I originally ordered a black fan but when it came, it featured the wooden one on the outside of the box the color was exactly like my furniture, so I changed the order to the wooden version. But the actual fan isn’t the same color as on the box and it doesn’t match my furniture. The wood and blades look kind of cheap and small and I don’t know if will really cool down the room (it’s in my master bedroom).

Very classy looking! Easy to install and works well. Good value for the price.

Got this Fan a few months ago, also got the light for it and a wall control. Went on a very steep ceiling, but was able to find the correct hanging bracket and longer down rod to accommodate that steeper angle. Looked at a lot of fans but most had some of what I wanted/ needed, but this had it all. Much quieter than the fan it replaced, and seems to move a lot of air. So far the only issue was a loose wire on one of the quick connectors, had to take the fan down, push in the wire, and problem solved. If I needed another fan I would get this one again.

This is simply the most impossible installation ever. The instructions skip do not name pieces, skip important steps. The pieces themselves don't fit together. Having just spent the last two hours on a ladder, trying to get this to hang and having bent pieces in the process. I'm about to smash the thing. Save yourself. Don't buy this and be careful of anything else produced by this brand. I definitely won't.

Great clean looks, quiet and great quality. Nice accent to the bedroom we installed it in.

We installed 2 of these to one of our customers, they love the way it looks. I would say installation was pretty easy and fast. We had to use the extension rods which made it look great. The fans do not shake at all.
