"Stick" doesn't work -- twice
The first two did not hold -- the small black round stayed on the wall but after a few months the shower head stopped sticking on. The first time it failed I called Moen and they replaced it for free. I'm purchasing a third now which will be screwed in. The 5.5 inche showerhead (and diverter) for hand held use is another story. The hose just isn't very long for use while sitting and there is no "off" on the hand held shower. Overall a big disappointment.

The 196117SRN does require a smooth surface prepped with rubbing alcohol to adhere, we do recommend securing the product with screws if it doesn't hold. The remote cradle includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser. Our product specialists are available for pre-purchase, installation and warranty assistance. perfect for water warm-up.
This works perfectly. I place the shower head on the dock located on a separate wall while I'm letting the water warm up because the pressure is terrific and I don't want to step into a cold shower! Works great after my shower too as I can set it up for the next shower.

Very happy with this product, which really solved the problem...
Very happy with this product, which really solved the problem with our extra shower handle falling from the top cradle due to the placement. I did the adhesive install, and it is very secure as long as you follow the instructions (clean the wall with rubbing alcohol, press for 1 minute).

I love the showerhead and I love the magnetic holder....
I love the showerhead and I love the magnetic holder. Our water pressure has increased three times what it was and I cannot enough about the beauty and functionality of this Moen Shower Head.

Works great, nice addition for this shower system
This is very handy and convenient. It was recommended by the ordering system and I am really glad it did, since I wasn't aware of this product when I purchased the shower system. This extra mount is very handy, giving you an additional placement for the hand sprayer. I can use the hand sprayer on the default shower mount when I want, or take it off and mount it on this extra cradle/mount, out of the way and giving me more room, as well as providing another spray path.

Exactly what was needed to make the shower head available lower on the wall so it could be reached by a person using a shower chair. Easy to permanently mount where I wanted it.
