At first the shower head was great, with nice sprays on the head and the wand. However, beginning about 16 months after installation, the diverter switch that sets the the flow to either the shower head or handheld wand began failing to seal completely from one to the other. While in shower head mode, water started spraying out of the wand and also while in wand mode, the shower head would not longer completely stop the flow. Waiting to see if Moen will stand by it's lifetime warranty.

I previously had the 5.5" Moen Engage. I saw ads in my emails for the Moen Verso, so I decided to give it a try. This is definitely my dream showerhead! The design is great, and water pressure is pretty good for a water-saving rainshower model. I would highly recommend this model over a more popular model from another brand I will not mention here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Verso with Magnetix Combination Showerhead and Handshower in Chrome with the Infiniti Dial. I really wanted to try the two-head design but sadly was disappointed. While I like the look/design, the water pressure is terrible. My showers take longer & I'm using more water because with the weak water pressure it takes longer to rinse the soap off/out, especially if you use the combo mode. The best thing I can compare it to, is it's got the about the same pressure as a garden watering can. If I put just the handle on by itself, it is a little better but still not strong enough. The removable handle is nice & has a really strong magnet to hold it in place. Only problem is there is no rubber grip on the handle so it is very slippery to hold on to with wet/soapy hands. Overall I do like the concept of this design but I definitely think it needs some improvements. I'm probably going to end up going back to my old showerhead for the time being.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a single shower head sprayer with this dual head. Very easy to install. You can use it in three ways. Large head, small head, or both heads. The large and small heads are able to adjust to different types of spray. The magnetic connector is very strong. No worries that the small head will get knocked off! Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Moen shower head with hand held sprayer has surpassed my expectations. The system is so easy to put together and the directions are very clear with the installation steps. The shower head itself has a large surface with an easy to adjust flow preference. My favorite feature is the magnetic areas that easily connects the shower head to the hand sprayer. The magnet is strong and holds the sprayer on requiring force for it to be removed. The look is beautiful and the hose is the perfect size for our shower. I’m very impressed and I would definitely recommend this shower head if you are looking for a replacement or have a new build.

Best shower head you can buy, Only wish I had bought sooner. I really love the way it sends a soothing ,adjustable spray of water. Far superior to my old fixed Moen shower head

I got bad water pressure in house and this just didn't work for me.

My wife purchased this product and I installed it today (3/23/24). It’s a beautiful shower with good functionality. Installation was quick and easy. HOWEVER, I have one tip. The rain shower head comes with a thin, flat washer. When I attached it to the shower arm it leaked. I took it apart and found the washer inside the shower arm. The old shower head had a thick, beveled washer. I put the beveled washer in the new shower head, reinstalled it, and no more leaks.

I am a 72 female and installed this in about 10 minutes. Part of the time was finding a pipe wrench to get the old one off! So far, so good. No leaks. Love the ease of the hand held and being able to change the flow on both.

Will probably return this product due to constant leakage from the back of main shower head. Maybe washer issue, but unable to verify at this time.

I love this showerhead so far. It was extremely easy to install and worked exactly as described. The water pressure was much better than my previous showerhead. You can use both showerheads together or individually, and if you use them together, you can still control the pressure of each separately (i.e. one set on invigorating and the other relaxing, or anywhere in between). Hoping it holds up for years!

We love this dual shower head! The large rainshower head is lovely, and the handheld with its powerful magnet attachment and long hose is delightful. The three lever controls -- a spray control for each shower head plus the toggle between heads -- are so convenient, much more so than the dials we've had in the past. The complete unit is quite attractive, and it was super easy to install. Our bathtub is not large, so we opted for a shorter extension from the wall than the 6-inch that came with this shower head. We replaced it with a 4-inch extension, and it's just perfect.

It is ok but at 1.75 gpm there is not enough pressure for a good shower.

First time having a rain shower head so we have to get used to that. But the selectability and intensity adjustments are a very nice touch. The hand-held is a bonus.

Nice unit. Like the magnetic handheld sprayer.
