In between the glass is all cloudy and costumer service to do something acceptable about it is poor. I would give it zero stars if possible!!

Heavy to install, and sounds like a quality door when closed. Shipped very well. Consider reinforcing the latch side of the jam with a steel plate, and this door would be security solid

I purchased this door for my Florida townhome close to the beach. Its maintenance free. No more annual sanding and repainting like metal doors, due to the humid climate. Love it.

This door is everything a quality door should be. Very pleased all the way around with this purchase.

Best looking door I’ve bought at Home Depot was definitely worth the wait. Received way faster than the month they originally told me. The outside door frame was so beautiful totally blew my expectations.

We absolutely love the style of this door and the door itself is a solid door, but every possible quality and manufacturing issue that could go wrong, was wrong with this door. How this ever got past quality control blows my mind. Our contractor, who is as good as they come, said he’s never seen such a poor manufacturing job in over 30+ years of experience. - hinges set too deep and door binds, so it does not close properly - inside jam cut too short on the hinge side, so seal to door is binding causing it to be too tight to the door sill, therefore tearing the seal - crack in top glass, only seen after taking off the plastic film once the glass - visible streaks and smear on inside of the glass (no way to access to clean) After contacting Home Depot, the customer service was great and they will be sending a replacement door. I am truly hoping this was a “one off” and the replacement door we receive has no issues (or I may scream!).

Delivery to the store only took a few days, I was notified promptly via phone and email. The door was quickly delivered to my truck using the no-contact parking lot service. The door was totally supported in a wooden structure and fit my std truck bed. It was easy to install and had no damage. It is well made and looks great. The internal blinds function flawlessly. A DIY dream...smooth and no gotcha’s Thanks!

Doors looked great and installed effortlessly

Looked great. Unfortunately, the opening was an inch smaller all the way around (who knows why they didn't install a standard size in building home). Had to return and order a custom size.

The door looks amazing. It was very easy to install , instructions are few but to the point very helpful. Blinds move smoothly and look great.

Very well made door. I will be using these more in the future.
