Works great. Less mess, more consistent application, more economical use of acoustic sealant, happer me, better control. Wish I could find more types of products in big tubes. Shipping a little slow even for the middle of Alaska but it got here in good order.

This unit is great. Cut install time for advantech flooring by 30% and no hand cramps.

Awesome tool!! No more hand cramps .. lays down a bead or adhesive as smooth as silk and can do it all day with no fatigue. Used mostly on applying Liquid Nails to subfloor construction. Only con is that it is way to expensive compared to other brands, but everything I have is 18v Makita, so I bit the bullet and paid up... my hands thank me.

Worked great n I used my battery from my drills so that was good Saved my hands of squeezing all those big tubes When I bought the battery drill I couldn’t use my drill batteries with it so I took it back Love them interchangeable

I can not tell you how long I've wanted one of these. While it may seem like a strange/highly specialized thing to covet I recently did quite a bit of remodelling- replaced all of the windows in my home with new trim and sills, installed crown moulding throughout the house and replaced baseboards. That's a lot of trim to caulk. After one window and a numb finger, I knew the standard caulk gun approach was not going to cut it. This is AMAZING and is incredibly straightforward to use. - Intuitive set-up and works with your standard off the shelf caulks. - Smooth, even flow with adjustable speeds - Fairly lightweight (6 lbs) which meant the using for an extended period of time wasn't too difficult. All in all highly recommend. Worth Noting: As stated in the description TOOL ONLY. So have your Makita battery at the ready.

First time using a powered caulk gun and tool. It took a little self training on getting it to flow the way I wanted it to, but once I was used to it things went quick and results were in line with expectations. It is great for big jobs but I wouldn't use it for small repairs or single projects. It worked best as I re-caulked the base boards around the entire room. Easy to use and very intuitive.
