Having seen these ideal mixing bowls used on baking shows on TV, I knew this would be the perfect gift for my husband/house baker. When I searched for them online, I was surprised to learn that I could pick them up at The Home Depot instead of a specialty kitchen store. (Go, The Home Depot!) As I looked at the various sizes and colors available, I found that the options were better than expected. The particular color and pattern theme for the set, Forest, was my choice for our home. Surprised when he opened the box, these bowls are wonderful. They are beautiful to display (especially if you bake as much as my husband does) and everything about them makes baking easier. Each mixing bowl is an ideal size for particular recipes; the glaze is smooth and cool to the touch, meaning that your dough will not stick. And, your dough will not remain damp instead of evolving to both the right texture and the right consistency. Honestly, if you bake anything or you just like to cook, do yourself a favor and buy a set of Mason Cash mixing bowls. You won't regret it.

I have been wanting these bowls from another site. When I saw them on Home Depot's site, for less money, I had to get them. The colors are perfect, they are just the right sizes. Delivery was free to the store, took a couple days longer than expected, but no big deal. Pick up was very easy at the store. The associate was very friendly and quick.

I purchased this set and another set which had the bowl with the spout. Both sets cracked in a spiral pattern around the bowl near the bottom. They were only used to let bread dough rise, and only hand washed. Would definitely NOT recommend this brand of bowls. Home Depot was great handling the returns! NO problems with that.

They arrived in perfect condition. Size and weight are exactly what I wanted. They are absolutely beautiful!

These very expensive bowls have spiral cracking of the glaze on every size after just one use. I am in love with the size and pattern but for the price, the glaze should stay intact. I'm afraid the whole bowl is going to split.

These bowls are special and hard to find. They are great quality and the colors are neutral. The size of the three are what i was just looking for.

The bowls are very well made and very well designed for making bread dough.

It’s a very cute set, but the bowls are much heavier than I thought they would be. If it weren’t for my carpal tunnel, I’d have kept them.

The bowls are lovely but seem a bit delicate for their intended purpose. Hand mixing with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula will be fine but the electric mixer will leave marks if you’re using metal beaters. That, however, is not my main concern. The reason for only three stars is that one bowl in the set arrived cracked. It did not happen in shipping as you can tell where the glazing did not make it into the crack. This is a flaw that made it past their quality control process. This is sad as it’s a flaw that is large enough to notice and would not even qualify to be sold as a “second.” These bowls are too expensive to accept such a flaw.

They came wrapped very securely. They are perfect and beautiful! Exactly what I wanted. They are surprisingly light weight.

This is a perfect gift for someone who is a fan of "The British Baking Show." These bowls are the brand used in the show. Wasn't sure what to expect, but they are very heavy duty and beautifully designed. I ordered online from HD, and was pleasantly surprised how well they were packaged for transport!
