Best dishwasher we've ever owned!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I are 68 years old and we've owned 4 previous dish washers of different brands. We purchased this Maytag dishwasher because we liked the looks and everything we researched about it. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST DISHWASHER WE'VE EVER OWNED! THE DISHS COME OUT SO CLEAN IT'S AMAZING! AND IT'S SOOOOO QUIET WE DON'T EVEN HEAR IT'S RUNNING AT ALL! BEST DISHWASHER ON THE MARKET! We plan on looking to Maytag for a new Stove and Refrigerator next!

Everything fits
Plenty of room for everything. You can fit anything in top rack. The quick cycle really works. I almost never have to use a different cycle. I love that there is a garbage disposal of sorts built in. Also very easy to clean trap for large food particles. It is quiet. Everything comes out sparkling. Attractive too.

10 year Warranty is awful (Not HD issue)
Bought this 2.5 years ago. A bunch of plastic pieces for the upper rack deteriorated (The water wasn't abnormally hot). I called Maytag and inquired about the warranty of these pieces. They said if it was 2 years, I could have claimed but this isn't covered by their 10 year warranty.
Its a bit frustrating that their 10 year warranty advertised isn't very encompassing. Also, im very disappointed with the timing and cost of replacement. Pieces were not built to last much longer than 2 years and it will cost me 1/4 of the original dishwasher price for replacement of these little plastic pieces. They're not dependable, they don't stand by their guarantee.
Really disappointed with Maytag and want to make sure people are aware that despite their marketing, they're not dependable and wont support their products when you run into issues.

Quietest dishwasher I’ve ever had!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because we have an open floor plan and the dishwasher is close to our main living area, I was concerned the noise from the dishwasher would be distracting. Turns out you can barely hear anything! It cleans beautifully as well. I really like the ability to adjust the height of the top rack when needed. Excellent product!

Top rack
Ordered this in November 2021 just got it March 1,2021 So just had it 3 weeks. The top rack come off the track on the left side every time I load it! It is very quiet, and clean the dishes very well just! Just think the rack should be stronger

Faulty Machine Broke in A Few Months
We liked it to start but it broke within a few months of having it. We asked around and heard that this model is built poorly from repair people and other customers. They also bury 1-star reviews complaining about the same issue. Do your research before buying this machine. I would definitely recommend purchasing something else.

Very disappointing just like the year 2020
Dishwasher started leaking after 5 washes. The parts took over one month to come in and didn’t solve the problem. I asked the dealer for a brand new dishwasher from a different brand. Will not purchase a Maytag dishwasher again.

broken!
I bough this dishwasher 6 months ago. The LED display has stopped working and now it doesn't clean dishes at all.
I have tried emailing, calling (on hold for hours) and chatting to try to get someone to come take a look at it but i cannot get through to anyone at Maytag :(
