Installed with Stainless Steel UBolts on a 16 foot farm gate. Predrilled holes to use lag bolts to attach the Receiver latch to a 6x6 Treated Wood Post. Most tedious part of the install is fastening control wire to the gate with zip ties. Some are provided though if you want it to be tidy, you will need more. I bought 713153293662 BLKCBLTIE40P <A> <M> 2.95 4" BLACK UV RESIST CABLE TIE 40PK. Works great.

I used lock on a 560 Mighty Mule gate opener two wires very easy to hook up very efficient locks and unlocks perfect . Mounted on gate for 2 weeks now I would recommend to anyone.

The lock works very well in conjunction with the mighty mule gate opener. Installed on a residential single chain link fence gate that is approx 7 long x 4ft high. Took a little ingenuity to attach with bolts and a cross brace to attach to the chain link.

Mighty Mule gate lock Great product and well built. Easy instructions with video. Gate works perfect with no problems. This is the second one, (20 years on the first) I have installed at my home. Did I say that the price was very reasonable? Thanks Home Depot for carrying the Mighty Mule Gate Opener.

Tied this into my Mighty Mule opener and works flawlessly. Easy enough to install, but had to buy u bolts to mount to my gate. Simple enough to tie into the opening arm. Holds my gate closed even in the high winds we have had here recently.

Installed the gate lock per the clear instructions and it worked perfectly from the start.

Easy install. Keeps the gate locked when we aren't here or don't desire company.

Works as it should, a very simple set up

The secondary arm failed after 3 weeks use. The hoops we had to jump through to get a replacement were onerous and customer service response to our questions were inconsistent and uncaring. Will not deal with this company again nor recommend it to others !

I am using the WW371 Gate Opener with the Mighty Mule Lock. My older Mighty Mule Opener had 2 rheostat settings, one rheostat for the amount of time between gate opening and closing. It also had another rheostat adjustment for the amount of pressure, when hitting something, before the gate would back off. Well my WW371 only has one rheostat for the amount of time the gate stays open. So if I set the gate to close firmly against the lock, it thinks that it hit something and re-opens. If I set it to lightly touch the lock it bounces away from the lock before the lock closes. This is a very sensitive setting and I think Mighty Mule should have left the 2nd rheostat on the WW371 so the hit pressure could also be adjusted. If anyone can tell me how to keep the lock from opening during the gate closure please advise.

Installed these on my shop doors. After some tweaking they work great.

Gate LOck keep out those that aren't suppose to come in, works great and is an easy install.. use u bolts or bolt to a flat plate.. 12 to opener, and you don't get wet on rainy days as it will unlock you gate opener so you can drive right in... i highly like this lock feature add on to my auto gate MIGHTY MULE opener...

I am very happy with the automatic gate lock. It was relatively easy to install and works like a charm.

I really like this locking system, it was a little tedious getting the two gates aligned properly so that it wouldn’t hang up. The real reason that I didn’t give it five stars is because it will still occasionally hang up and need to be reopened.

working fine after 5 years. very heavy duty as a gadget, and quite secure as a lock. you must protect the cable from snagging and from puppies and other little varmints

After calling the company to confirm that the lock was properly installed and correctly programmed to work with the company’s automatic gate opener, the locking mechanism still would not release before the gate opener tried to open the gate, causing damage to the gate.

The automatic opener is an older model so had to improvise with the directions. The lock is great. Should of installed one when gate was put in.

Easy to install. Works great. Keeps people like delivery personnel from pushing on the gate and applying pressure on the gate opener and potentially damaging it. It also increases the security of the gate.
