My first purchase of this product left me very disappointed. It would not cut three-quarter or half inch. My next purchase, the following day left me disappointed as it would only cut three-quarter and not even score half inch

It works. Kind of. The tool is not very powerful and has a hard time clearing its own dust from a cut. Cuts slowly. Its light, so you won’t get tired waiting for this thing to cut. Don’t buy this version. The tool needs a hex wrench to change the blade. That and the adapter killed it for me. Needs an adapter for most blades, which my helper quickly lost. I also own one from Ryobi. It works way better and doesn’t have fiddley bits that get lost. Even the HFT version spanks this thing.

Great tool for the price. Compact and lightweight makes it easy to work in close quarters.

I use this primarily for running hvac linesets. If you’re making a lot of cuts, it saves so much time. My only complaint is that it won’t cut over 1 1/8” O.D. I would love it if they made a larger version of this.

This was my first ever Multi-tool. I used it to cut out a hole in drywall for a junction box. It did the job well. The tools feels great in hand, when it's off. The vibration is intense in my hand when using it. I could not use this for very long at a time. I really like the size of this version of the tool, but the Fuel version is much better to use.

A great tool for trimming in tight areas.

Not a huge fan of needing an Allen key to replace blades.

As with any Milwaukee tool it works great. We had to replace our old one which had about a million hours on it.

If you are cutting a lot of copper pipe, this tool is a wrist-saver. It's easy to use, and makes both quick and clean cuts. It's important that you keep the tool angled so that water does not run down toward the battery. The cutting head can get mildly wet without issue. You can cut into pipes that still contain water this way. The tool will cease to work if the battery gets wet at all. In a situation where getting the tool wet is unavoidable, you're better off using a manual cutter. Overall - excellent tool when used properly in certain situations.

Cutter worked good on hard copper pipe especially larger size however not as good on smaller soft drawn copper pipe for refrigeration.

Great tool as always from Milwaukee!! Makes plumbing and boiler jobs go much quicker!
