Great tool for pro or hobbiest

Excellent addition to my milwaukee tools. Cuts sheetrock fast

I love the grinder itself but it kills the batteries so fast and is heavy. Meant for heavier applications

Can not change the speed and ajustment on cutter depth not very good also battery doesn't last very long

If only the operator was as good as the machine!

This tool works great for cutting out drywall. Just make sure you go slow and steady.

The tool worked as it is supposed to, Unfortunately I couldn't fine the 5amp/hr batteries in stock when I purchased.

Great product! As with all power tools this one is no different take your time to learn to work with this tool get the feel of it and once you do it’s a no brainer every time! Just be patient and learn how to work this one, once you do you will never look back! Guarantee it!

The biggest flaw in the Milwaukee cut-out tool is that it does not come with or offer a dust shield to attach to a shop-vac. Virtually every other cut-out tool has a dust shield. The other annoyance is that it doesn't come with a 5/32" collet for the RotoZip X bits. I exclusively have Milwaukee rechargeable tools, but the dust issue was enough for me to return this and get a competitor's model (I took advantage of a free charger/battery deal with it).

This machine works flawlessly. I can cut drywall with ease. I’m glad i made the purchase.

Out of all my Milwaukee tools, ( and I have a collection,) this one has to be the one which gives me the most problems. I don't know what it is about with this tool. Possibly weak motor? I have been through many of these routers. Some don't even last a couple of weeks. I don't drop it or abuse it or anything. You have to be extra gentle and careful with this. Perhaps doesn't handle drywall dust well. Perhaps doesn't cope with a little bit of pink insulation. Perhaps doesn't have the muscle and durability of a Fuel. Before when it shut down on me. Milwaukee would send me a completely brand new tool replacement. They did this 2 or three times which was good. Now they don't want to send me a new tool. The tool doctor said now they have the motors and will send the tool doctor a motor for him to fix it. It's been over 7 weeks that I'm waiting for this cut out tool to fixed or replaced. This is unacceptable at all. I wish someone from Milwaukee would contact me and help. I just bought this tool a few months ago. Milwaukee doesnt deserve this bad review to tarnish their reputation. But their cut out tools need to be worked on and improved.

This thing rips. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence about buying it
