Amazing sound and ear protection but the case is very bulky

They didn’t work out of the box

Great sound, but way too big. When wearing a toboggan/beanie, they stick out too far are are extremely uncomfortable. Not near compact enough

It only came when one ear Bud….

I bought a pair of these about three weeks ago and they are straight trash. When I first saw them I thought the price was ridiculous but I told myself that for that price they have to be really good. Man was I wrong. They won’t stay in my ear. There isn’t a ring when someone calls me. They have a heavy feel to them for being earbuds. You all should try and get that price down. That’s to expensive for ear buds like these. Stop taking advantage of hard working people who can afford these. I can get three pair of brand new scull candy earbuds for the price of one of these. That’s not a good thing. Milwaukee you have to do better than this.

I use these every day for talking on the phone, listening to audio, and use them as earplugs using the JOBSITE mode at customer plants, or at the range and during hunting season. I was on a 55hp open cab tractor running 2200rpm across a field on the phone and both times the caller on the other line said I came in clear as day. They generally work great, and for the price, you'll have a hard time beating them with all of the extra features in my opinion. Battery life is superb on the tool and the case. My only complaints are with the rubbers. The earpiece wings move around after they're broken in, and sometimes you have to fidget them a bit to get them to charge in the case. I couldn't get the foam tips did not work as I'd expected, but the rubber tips seem to do fine. I would like to see a dedicated app to make adjustments for them, but they're working well and I've had them since the first announcement that they were on the way.

With all the hype along with pre-ordering then back ordered, I expected much more. PRO’s: -magnetic “hold” feature -use of the 3.0 battery -appears to be a rugged case (so far) -spare ear bud holders -good sounds quality and BT reception CONs: -too bulky and heavy -price point The downside is right on queue with everyone else, they are constantly falling out of my ears by simply walking, let alone actively working. The only success I’ve had was while wearing a “beanie” type of winter hat. I guess that’s OK for now since it’s winter. Hopefully you guys will come up with a solution before the warmer temps hit! I have an easy 25k in Milwaukee products I’ve accumulated over the past three years. This unfortunately is my first review I’ve submitted and obviously it’s less then favorable. I’m hoping this will be the last negative review I submit for many years to come. Continue listening to your customers with their feedback, whether positive or negative. It’s obvious there’s been a “deep dive “ into the utility world and I’m sure it will continue on! I’m hoping to see more intrinsically safe products starting to surface.

I love the design but there not comfortable after 4 hrs they hurt my ears. I wish they weren't so big...the safety guy can see them a mile away also.....2 guts got written up already.....

These things were absolute garbage I had them for about a week before returning them for something that’s so expensive more expensive than most of the other brands you’d think that the product would be decent. They are heavy and bulky. They stick out of your ears weird I kept dropping them, I literally went back to my Apple EarPods thinking Milwaukee was an upgrade boy was I wrong

Husband was very pleased! He was so frustrated trying to find osha safety headphones for work. He where’s these everyday even in the house

This product could have been awesome, but it is way too big. It almost feels heavy in your ear (for a normal sized person) The case is great and it comes with a large amount of customization options to fit your ears, but falls shorts on the large size of the buds.

Too expensive for what they do

Ear buds don’t sit in the ear properly

Great hearing protection and battery life. The awareness setting takes some getting used to but works well. The sound quality is about the same as my isotunes free. There are a couple of things I don't like though. When I receive a call these buds don't ring. Everything just goes silent and that's how I know I have a call coming in. The other issue I have is probably half of the people I talk on the phone to say I sound very far away and can't hear me.

Its proformance is poor. It gives me a headache. I’m just sorry i bought it. I’m looking to replace it right now

Sound quality is great, the way they protect your ears is top notch. The phone calls thru them is not good at all
