Great product. I have used to repair a lamp and an outdoor umbrella. Neither item would hold together anymore. So stretching the self sealing tape to wrap and hold the items together in place has worked great.

Used on a bunch of tools and sporting goods grip surfaces. Does not "un-self-seal" like the lowest-quality stuff. That said fully half the reviews and pics here are deeply deeply cringey. There is no tape that can fix leaks on pipes. Replace the dang parts you weirdos.

This tape does just what I had hoped. Stretches out and holds.

Must be able have room to stretch it sooner tight , or want hold and will leak!

It worked great. I repaired a backpack vacuum hose which would have cost me $60.

Seems to do the job but I'm not sure if it would be my first choice to seal a leak. It's the cheapest fix for a short time.

This product will seal and hold tight to repair leaky pipes. Have a repair on a bad solder since I bought my house 20 yrs ago and still holding strong!

I'll give HD credit for carrying a very good product that their largest competitor in this area does not carry. But I'll take some away for their on-line inventory indicating they had the item in stock, this aisle, this bin when in reality they were out of stock. C'est la vie.

Unfortunately, it did not stop the small pinhole leak we had as it claimed it would. Would not recommend this product.

Doesn't seal or stick as instructions say to install by stretching on to anything. Wasted money!

We've had several leaks in our boiler pipes and the Nashua tape is wonderful. If you wind it carefully around the leaking pipe, stretching it as you go, it will stop the leaking. Every situation is different and it may not work on some pipes but I've had great luck with it and would highly recommend it. This tape was applied to our kitchen sink pipe in 2016 and continues to prevent any leakage. It is worth a try since calling a plumber involves big money.
