The customer service was a bit frustrating as the fridge was not even 2 months old & a lot of diagnostic on our part. Totally understand that there are people who don't try to diagnose before calling in so it is the typical process. Other than that the customer service was great and very efficient. Thank you

This mini fridge is crap and will go out on you just past thw 1 year warranty.

I have two of these units now, and they work great.

I bought this beverage fridge bc I needed a place to store drinks. The Newair 90 was compact, stylist, and fit my needs. When this model stopped working and I contacted customer service, I was lucky to have found a representative who worked with me. (Shout out to Anthony to got the ball rolling). In addition to Anthony, Shanice was instrumental in helping me to resolve this issue in a timely and appropriate manner. I appreciate a company with a customer service department that works diligently to help their customers when things, unfortunately, go wrong. Thank you for making things right.

Great little beverage fridge. It's quiet, keeps drinks cold and looks great! Unfortunately 8 months after we purchased it the unit stopped working. Customer service was extremely friendly, helpful and timely in resolving our issue.

I should have read the negative reviews closer before purchasing. This thing is way to noisy. Returning it. I do not recommend.

I bought this item for my husbands game room and we've thoroughly enjoyed having perfectly chilled drinks on hand.

Unfortunately the fridge stopped working after 6 months, but I was able to get a replacement thanks to the warranty. For the time it lasted, it worked great and had no complains. Customer service was great as well.

This free standing mini fridge is mighty for its size. 90 cans easily fit and stay cold to make any beverage hit the spot. The interior light is bright and illuminates the entire unit. Perfect addition to any room in the house. My only issue is that my temperature sensor became faulty just short of year after purchase.

We purchased this mini beverage refrigerator for our guest amenity area of our business and impressed with how many beverages can fit inside. It makes for an easy upkeep and holds enough inventory to not have to stock too often.

Purchased two of these fridges last year. They work terrific!

My wife and I got this fridge to put in our new kitchen island. It was a perfect fit and is quiet. Anything fits well inside with the removable shelving. We have put beer, wine, soda, and waters. Everything fits without a problem. About 10 months after using it, a part has gone bad. I e-mailed customer service and they got back to me right away with the new part. They were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this fridge!

We have purchased the NewAir AB850 for the reception area of our offices for our customers to get cold drinks and this unit is perfect for that because it looks sharp and it keeps drinks very cold. The LED kighting really enhances it.

This cooler looks great and a perfect size. My only complaint is it runs a little loud.

Refrigerator stopped working after 1 year. Contacted customer service, they are sending me out a new part to try and fix the problem. Hopefully this will fix the problem. Will update this review after I receive the part.

Use to keep canned beverages cold. Worked great until the temp sensor went out.

This unit is in use in a custom tool truck that we built. i must say this as my job is to help customers with issues on their units that the interaction I have had with your company has been fantastic. You are attentive and response times have been far better than that of other vendors that I deal with. Your willingness to go that extra 15 feet makes your company a bright shining star in an otherwise gloomy night.

Doesn't take up a lot of space and works great. Love it.

This product is very good I like the way it looks the way it looks it works very well in the space that we're using it in the customer service is very good also I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to purchase it

I used this fridge to keep sodas and beer cold. I love the glass door. This is my second NewAir product. We are happy.

The refrigerator is great and the support team is amazing! Great customer service. Highly recommend!

I use it to store my various beer types. It organizes all the beer in one place without crowding my normal refrigerator. It also keeps the beer at an ideal temperature. The glass front and interior light that can be on without opening the door allows viewing the contents without opening the door.

The NewAir AB-850 cooler is a fridge with great capacity for its size. It can easily hold a good number of cans and bottles and keep them cold. Unfortunately, we'd had this appliance for almost a year when the thermostat broke down. It's going to have to be replaced.

The newair 90 can beverage fridge has been a great addition to our kitchen and allows us to free up space in our main fridge by being able to keep our can and bottle beverages in it. We have recieved many complimants on it from guest for it's design and look. We have recently had an issue with the temeprautre sensor, but newair support team quickly helped us identify the problem and are sending us a replacement part.

The unit has quit working after a year but I was able to get assistance from customer support with replacing the sensor. Hopefully this fixes the issue.
