When we finished our basement we added this Dual Zone fridge. I keep beer on the left and my white wine on the right. It's a perfect addition to the wet bar! I like the dual zone to control the temperatures and the sleek blue light. Would recommend.

The product was great in the beginning. It was exactly what we wanted and worked great until it didn't. After just 3 years the cooling system had a catastrophic failure. This unit has since doubled in price.

I absolutely love my wine and beverage fridge. I just redid my kitchen and cabinets to a blue gray and the lighting in the fridge compliments everything in my renovated kitchen. Liz in customer service is stellar.

Worked fine at first, but after 2 years it stopped cooling. Poor quality for such an expensive appliance!

I bought one 2 years ago and it has been working like a champ. I just purchased another one for my new house and the first one was defective. HD stood behind the product and took it back with no problem. I ordered another one and it is working great. Dual cooling zones and great looks are pluses.

This unit worked well for 9 months but then it quit cooling. Because we had a delay in getting our bar installed it was 14 months after purchase so Newair would not honor warranty. Newair customer support helped me diagnose the problem a loss of coolant. Newair does not have a service network. Because the R600A coolant is flammable non of the local appliance repair companies would work on the unit. We have discarded the Fridge as inoperable.

I'm pleased with selecting this wine cooler for my beverages. I'd select this item again and again since it is a well-designed product with a cooling environment that is well temperature controlled, has a stainless steel finish, and has gorgeous blue lights. Our unit is very quiet, has a pleasing appearance, and fits perfectly with other appliances in the kitchen.

This is my first and last experience with NewAir as a brand. I bought this model less 2yr ago and it's completely stopped cooling. I had a repairman out and he basically said the compressor is bad or you have a leak and either repair is more than the unit itself. He said my fridge still looks like I just took it out of the box. It's unfortunate that I'm now having to buy a brand new beverage fridge.

The duel climate control is exactly what we were looking for and looks great in our house. It's super quiet and fits perfect under counter top.

Nice unit , keeps beverages at desired temps on each side. Occasionally has a temp sensor problem which Newair has taken care of. Technical assistant, Elizabeth was friendly and helpful today! Thank You!

Nice unit - met the need we had. The capacity on the beverage side depends on size of cans/bottles - but it easily fits what our family needs. Its a bit loud, but we have it sitting standalone vs being built in that might dampen the noise a bit.

First purchase didn’t last a year. Complained and wanted me to attempt repairs. Refused and they sent replacement. I believe I was charged shipping. Unit seemed to be refurbished. There was a dent in the metal casing but not visible when installed so accepted. The second unit just failed after 2.5 years. Installed per guidelines. Unacceptable.

Worked great for 2 years and stopped working. Kept resetting the temperature and it immediately went to max temperature. Was set up by professionals to the exact recommended standards.

I installed this product in November 2018 and it stopped working in February 2022. The product also would tend to reset itself to the max temperature and would need to reset the temperature frequently. I found it annoying but just dealt with it since it was installed. I don't think a $1,000 appliance should only last 3 years so I cannot recommend this. I would be interested in knowing what other people's experience is with longevity of this item.

We used our refrigerator in our bar area for entertainment and really enjoyed it

Having a refrigerator with a built-in compressor definitely solves the issue of getting your frosty drinks (beer and soda) chilled without getting your wine bottles too cold. Most wine-only fridges don't get cold enough to chill canned soft drinks properly and I didn't have space to have two fridges (one for wine and one for beer) chilling drinks to their proper temperatures. So this saves space and it's like killing two birds with one stone. I knocked off one star because I had an issue with the refrigerator after it was out of warranty. The thermistor stopped reporting the correct temperature and it needed to be replaced. The customer service representative was able to send one out to me and we're waiting to see if that solves the problem or not. When it works it is great.

Temperature is good and it looks nice, but as a stand alone refrigerator (we did not place ours in cabinetry) it has quite a vibration, rumble noise when the compressor is running. Louder than we like when we are watching a movie.

Stopped cooling after 3 years. Their support line made me pay for 2 thermostats and still didn't resolve the issue. No further help from customer service. Just sitting in our house as a furniture piece.

I have had the unit for 2 1/2 years works and cools great only issue is temperature indicators were not reading properly a week ago. I called Newair customer service and they were very helpful and hope their guidance fixes the problem.

We contacted Newair over 5 months ago after our beverage cooler quit cooling. Charles, in customer service, was helpful and eventually determined that it is most likely the compressor switch. He also offered to send us the switch we needed, free of charge, in hopes of that fixing our problem. He did let us know that the part was "out of stock" and that it would be March before we got it. It is now the last week of April and we still don't have the part nor a firm date of when it will be back in stock. We are very aware of the supply chain issues that everyone is facing and have been very understanding and patient...until now. We've stayed in contact with Charles over the months and he's always kind and as helpful as he is allowed to be. He finally escalated our concern to a supervisor this week but after a day and a half we have not had a response. Also in in one of our recent exchanges with Charles, he acknowledged that this switch is still being used on their production line for new units. But when asked at what point does management decide to take care of one of their customers we got no response. This kind of confirms our belief that although service is helpful, the company itself is not interested in customer service. So after 5 months of waiting on the compressor switch we are not any closer to having a working beverage cooler, and we still don't know when the part will be available. Ww feel that we've wasted our time waiting on the switch and dealing with Newair. We probably should have just bought another beverage cooler...but I can't say that it would have been a Newair. We've read some recent reviews tonight and we are not the only ones with this issue. There is common theme that the Newair beverage center is not built to last. At this point it seems that Newair is not interested in helping or keeping a customer happy...but they will offer to sell you a new one at a discounted price. Very disappointing.

Thanks to the dual controls; we are able to segregate beer and wine products to the perfect temperature for maximum enjoyment. Perfect size for an average households and holds more than anticipated.. Saves a huge amount of space in out frig .

Love new air wine refrigerators. Holds numerous bottles and love the feature of the two different temps on each side Their customer service is wonderful if you have questions!

Love the dual zone fridge. I am able to keep my wines in the right side while I have my coldest beverages in the left side.

The cooler having dual zones has been very useful in keeping different beverages at their right temperature. It's very stylish and makes our bar a centerpiece. Given the reviews of Newair products and customer service it was an obvious choice.

Definitely worth every penny

We have had this for 3 years and still love how it looks in our kitchen.
