It takes a long time to get hot

Excellent grill. Easy build and enjoyable to cook with. We grill out do much mire thsn we ever have. Easy to clean and smart design, especially with the drip pan.

Got one that was already assembled and when we got ready to use it, it wouldn’t heat up not sure if it’s missing pieces or not assembled correctly, but will be returning it

Even with store assembly, finishing pieces, took little time to assemble. But ask for assembly directions, Mine lacked that paperwork. Grill heated and performed nicely, accurate thermostat. Side shelf ignites quickly performs well. Going to like this. But not high on long life expectations. Overall a good value. Pay more if you want great.

The grill is well laid out, offers plenty of space and provides a nice, even heat. I have only used it three times, but it is better than I expected.

Easy assembly. Works great

Would have given it 5 stars if it had floor behind the front metal to lay things on. This replaced another NexGrill that was great. Starting to get on the flimsy side with all of the metal framing they removed. Does cook and clean well.

The grate on the grill has already broken off after the second use. I contacted the manufacturer a week ago and they still haven't responded

It is very flimsy & weak. The grill is top heavy. Anytime we get winds over 20 MPH, I come outside to the grill on the ground. The igniter worked 6 times and then never again. I have to light this grill with a stick lighter. (Maybe because it fell over so many times)? There is absolutely no even grilling on this. Many hot and cold spots. I have to juggle our food around. I made it a point to purchase an electric grill and this one will be out on Wednesday night for Thursday’s trash pick up.

Seems okay, kind of need places on it to hang my grill tongs. But, it's okay.
