Dont over-chlorinate.
Product works well. I have been using this for 6 years. When the system was installed the installer told me to use 2-3 tablets per month, dont fill up the feeder tube. I have done this, and have never had a bad water test or any smell in my sprinkler field. To the people who said they are using way too much, you're using way too much. Put 2 tablets a month, or 3, and see if you get good results. If you have a maintenance co. that sells you the tablets, they may be over-chlorinating and giving you the bill. I have a maintenance contract,required in Texas, but I install my own tablets, they do the inspections every 4 months.
