Vanity top came with a small stain on the top and the front either spray painted the color of the cabinet or not completely sprayed white the color of the top

They look very nice, and everything came in great condition. The only thing I would suggest to improve on is the way the sink mounts under the counter top. Where the sink meets the bottom of the counter there is an area that is not flush and more than likely will be a catch for dirt, soap, etc. I'll include a picture also.

The store employees (led by Kristen) were very helpful in loading the vanity in my SUV without issues. The vanity is beautiful with plenty of storage. One thing, you need to wire an outlet in the back wall of the cabinet for the hair dryer/curling iron power strip/tray prior to installation of the cabinet. In addition, the old vanity didn’t have tiles underneath the old cabinet, so we had to buy extra tiles and get them installed since the new vanity is open/exposed under the cabinet. I attached some pics to help clarify.

Cabinet doors are assembled uneven and description does not say whether the counter top is attached or not and it’s not. Pretty bad quality craftsmanship for $2,100

Love the vanity. We had some issues with the first marble top being 'bowed' in the middle (about a quarter inch high in the middle). The customer service at Ove has been wonderfully responsive and quick to make things right. They sent us a free replacement which was perfectly flat, but there was a slight crack around where one of the holes had been drilled for the faucet. Customer service was great again and offered compensation. Love the vanity and love their customer service, just wish one of the counters had been perfect. It's installed now and everything works great otherwise.

Anyone who knows basic construction can see this product is poor craftsmanship. French company makes the product out of China and it shows. First- the paint quality was horrendous with cracking and chipping in multiple areas. Second- one of the doors was installed too high making it uneven and making the tilt-down draw rub against it when it opens. This is not fixable because the door needs to be lowered just a little bit but the screw holes are already in the wrong spot. Third- many of the chrome handles were loose and when I went to tighten the screws every screw was stripped, showing this product is manufactured rapidly at a factory in China where craftsmanship is the least of their worries. Fourth- there were 2 major cracks in the front top piece of wood just under the countertop. Fifth- The draw inside the right cabinet does not have a cut out for the plumbing making it impossible to use. You can see that the left cabinet has a shelf that has the plumbing cutout in it. Sixth- both the tilt down draws have hinges that don't stop the draws and so they tilt into the face of the vanity, not even with the front and look horrible. Not a fixable problem. OVE was responsive when I called but they sent replacement parts for the draws that had a paint cracking and the new draws that came had worse cracking then the original. These replacement parts didn't come from France, where the company is based, they came from China packaged in reused cardboard boxed with Chinese writing inside of them. Home Depot was very responsive and made proper restitution on this very poor quality product. I can only hope they stop dealing with this OVE company because they design nice products but they obviously have major issues with their manufacturing in China.

Newly installed within two weeks. Quick shipping! This product is absolutely stunning in place. The quality is very nice. The middle drawers use every inch around plumbing (perhaps a downfall as it's a very tight fit).

Product was damaged from a forklift when in went to pickup at store. Demanded store to reorder a vanity. Put me back a week in remodel. Store employee trued to get me to still take damaged vanity and repair. I refused.

I love my new vanity

Do not buy OVE products. They sent us a vanity with etching over the entire countertop. Instead of replacing or sending a professional to fix it they sent us a cleaning kit. Their customer service was incredibly rude. For this price they should back their product. OVE is a SCAM!!

Vanity is great. The top was delivered with a small missing piece in the marble top.

Arrived okay but the truck was too big and couldn’t get up my driveway;I had to help the driver dolly the vanity up. No option to have it brought to the second floor which was available from other vendors. Everything was in good condition when uncrated, but I would agree with others that this is cheaply made and certainly not a quality product.

Great product as described sturdy material

When your bathroom cabinet is installed it looks wonderful, until EVERYTHING stains countertop. My husband said he thinks water even stains it. Would never buy these again. Bought 2 and both countertops stain. Beware!

The quality was poor craftsmanship. The front was covered in paint drips. One door had deep gouge and the top appears that a chip or small pebble may have floated to the surface and was quite visible.

There is a crack in the paint in more than 1 spot this should not have left the warehouse.

Quality base with nice features. Flip drawer, soft close doors and drawers, solid wood. Quality marble top.

I ordered this vanity as it looks pretty in the picture and it has a good brand name. However the product is of very low quality. All the doors and drawers are not aligned. There are huge gaps between the doors. For both vanity, the left doors are much higher than the lower doors. The doors are out of shape. Also they use very cheap hinges so the position of the doors can not be adjusted through adjusting the hinges. The marble top have a huge grey area. When we put on the backsplash, there is a big gap between the backsplash and the counter top in the middle because the counter top were somehow curved. Overall the vanities are poorly made and look very cheap. Totally not worth the money. I called OVE Decor customer service. The representative said they are aware of the huge quality issue they are having. She said it is due to pandemic and changes of manufacture site. She apologized but told there is nothing they can do. This is ridiculous. If they knew the quality issue, they should not sell these products or at least they should discount the products. Overall, hugely disappointed by this vanity.

I love my bathroom vanity it look beautiful
