High Quality Cake Pan Made in the USA! If it's time to upgrade your baking pans or you just like to buy the best tools to begin with, consider the OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro 9 inch Square Cake Pan (Model #11160000, Internet # 300208157). It's packed with features that experienced bakers demand and appreciate: heavy gauge steel that won't warp, rolled edges that make the pan easy to grip, seamless interior for thorough cleaning, textured bottom for even baking, and a PTFE ceramic reinforced 2 layer non-stick coating for easy release, plus a light color that helps prevent burned bottoms. It also just plain feels good to hold. The quality is evident. And the results are, too! I consider myself an advanced beginner when it comes to baking, and this pan has helped me to up my game, especially with apple cake, lemon squares, and cream cheese brownies. All are baking evenly and releasing completely from the pan -- a big improvement over the results I was getting from my "starter" set of bakeware. As for the OXO Good Grips brand, I have been slowly upgrading a lot of my cooking and baking pans and gadgets to this brand and with every purchase, I feel that the "investment" is worth it. Their quality design and engineering at only a moderately higher price makes for good value. (review thanks to my wife, the baker!) Note: We received this item free from Home Depot’s “Seeds” program. This pan is nothing short of fantastic. The Non-Stick coating has a feel to it that just lets you know it is going to work. The embossed / patterned bottom of the pan is perfect for easy release. I have been baking since the age of 8, so decided that the best first test would be Pineapple Upside-Down Cake. Between the brown sugar/butter mix, and the natural sugars in the pineapple, it is a perfect recipe to stick to anything. To make the test even tougher I did not grease the pan. When done, an upside down cake frequently requires loosening the edges with a knife, then tapping (banging) repeatedly on the bottom of the pan, to release. I inverted this cake onto the serving plate and as soon as I set the plate down the cake began to slide right out of the pan. As an extra bonus, I was practically able to wipe the pan clean with a paper towel. I personally would not put a non-stick pan in the dishwasher, and this cleans so easily there should be no reason to do so. Next time I need bakeware I will definitely look for OXO Non-Stick Pro products.

The Good Grips 9 inch non stick baking pan is excellent choice to replace those old warped pans. It is heavy duty and bakes evenly, which means brownies arent over cooked on one side of the pan anymore . It is important to follow the directions before using and oil the pan properly. It is easy to clean. I enjoy using this product, llike all Good Grips OXO products I recommend adding to your kitchen.

I ordered this OXO GOOD GRIPS NON-STICK PRO 9 INCH SQUARE CAKE PAN because my next-door neighbor came over and brought me a sample of her home made shortbread. It was so delicious I asked for the recipe and then realized I had not seen my square pan in quite a while. Most of my cake pans are some form of decorated bundt pan or they are round. I was absolutely thrilled with my new pan and have already made and eaten the shortbread. I love my new OXO pan and do recommend.

Love it! I already have some other OXO tools in my kitchen, including a heavy duty cookie sheet, so I had an idea about what to expect when I ordered this cake pan. So far I have used it to make a batch of banana bread. It baked evenly in the time I expected, came out of the pan cleanly, and was easy to soak and gently scrub. It is another great kitchen tool from OXO!

This non-stick square cake pan is wonderful for making cornbread, brownies and other cakes because it is non-stick. The pan is also made out of heavyweight.material which makes it durable and sturdy for baking. The size is just right for everyday type meals, not too big, and not too small. What you can bake in this pan is not limited to cakes and only limited by your imagination.
