Great kit. Extremely easy to use. The purple dye in the primer was especilly valuable in identifying where the materials had been applied, and spots that had been missed. The PVC cement quickly set and created absolutely waterproof connections between the materials being joined.

My daughter loves tennis but because of covid-19 all the tennis courts were closed in our State. I built this tennis training/practice apparatus so she could play in our yard and keep practicing. I purchased the Oatey 8 oz. PVC Handy Pack Purple Primer and Solvent Cement on 5/18/20 from the Home Depot. It is made to work specifically with PVC pipe. I also purchased Charlotte Pipe 1 1/2 inch PVC from Home Depot and added a 10' x 10' net and some bungee cords and built the tennis training/practice apparatus on 5/19/20. My daughter loves it and it works awesome! She has a powerful serve and ground stroke and has been outside most mornings getting exercise and practicing. What I really like about the Oatey purple primer and solvent cement is that it creates a super strong bond instantly within seconds between the PVC pipes. I was able to do my whole project and only used about 20% of the glue.The Oatey 8 oz handy pack definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it because it is easy to use, creates a strong bond, and it is very affordable.

Good pack of PVC cement products essential for irrigation repairs. My only recommendation would be for Home Depot to sell the smaller containers of the same products for those of us who need them only occasionally.
