Love polywood furniture
It’s a beautiful rocking chair, I got 2 of them, I love how the material can stand all kinds of weather, I ordered it for one of my vacation rentals in San Diego, the one in first floor on our www.rentmissionbeach.*** website, it looks beautiful along with the other furniture and polywood firepit, I like them so much that I’m planing to get one set for myself.

Still going after 25+ years
I bought this rocker in 1995 it still looks new. The color does fade a bit over time, but very little. We live in Southern California desert area so it gets hit with 100+ temps in the summer and sometimes 20 degrees in the winter. The rocker is comfortable, looks good and has needed no repairs other than where our dog when he was a puppy chewed on the rocker ends. Sanded them down and they look great.

Presidential Rocker
I purchased the rocker to take the place of a wicker chair that was falling apart. I love the look and comfort of the rocker and am so glad I purchased it. It looks great on my porch.

Great Looking Chair
We needed something on the front porch to sit on when it was storming so we got these. The color matches the house perfectly and we really enjoy them on hot summer nights.

Great pops of color.
Bought 3 for our deck and the colors are beautiful. We ordered lemon, lime and teal with matching side tables. Easy to assemble, especially with 2 people. Directions were easy to follow. Chairs are comfortable and sturdy. Highly recommend both the model and the Polywood company. Extremely happy with all our purchases.

Presidential Rocking Chairs
We really like the Presidental Rocking Chairs. The Difficult part was with assembly. A job that should have taken 1 Hour, Took 3. 5 Hours. When the seat part slid into the one side it was fine but we you tried to attach it to the other side it was off by an little bit. This made it very difficult to attach the screw to the seat. This issue I thought was with only one chair but it was actually with both chairs. I am assuming something was done in error during the manufacturing process. Otherwise the rocking chairs are very nice. I suggest looking into this so hopefully this won’t happen to the next customer. Thank You.

Hi Rosemary,
Thank you for your review!
We are sorry to hear that the assembly of your rocking chairs took longer than expected! Even though this difficulty should not occur during the assembly process, we do have a handy tip that will help in this particular situation:
You can insert all 4 screws to attach the seat to the side frames at once and tighten each screw down just a turn or two, enough to attach it. Then, rotate to each screw one by one, tightening each down a little bit at a time until the seat pulls into the pockets. Customers may also use a rubber mallet to knock the seat frame into the pockets if they are a snug fit.
We are so glad to hear that you like your rocking chairs, and hope that continues for many years to come!
Thanks!
Oli

Rockers are perfect for our new porch!
We love our sturdy rockers! We wanted American-made for our newly-built front porch, and they were worth the wait. We enjoy sitting out there now. We've received compliments on the rockers, too. Well worth the investment!

We ordered a previous set of chairs a few years ago and they still look great. We’re spending more time outside now and ordered a second set.

Love the color!!
Love the quality and bold color. I purchased these to replace my red rocking chairs that the wood rotted. I can’t wait for the snow to melt so that I can put them outside my front door. They were relatively easy to assemble with one person. I am very happy with my purchase!!

The fourth set of Polywood
The fourth set of Polywood chairs on my property. These are a bit more upright than I might prefer and harder to rock all the way back, but because of these factors the chairs are more appropriate for viewing the creek below from the deck.

Beautiful sturdy chairs but difficult assembly.
Overall, I really like the chairs. They look great on my front porch. They are about as comfortable as any hard chair. I'll most likely put a cushion on the back when sitting. The biggest issue I have with them is assembly. I waited 9 weeks and paid a decent amount. I expected the occasional pilot screw hole to be slightly off. That was for the most part what I got when putting the first chair together. It was frustrating for sure, but I managed to get it together. The second chair was a whole other story. When it was time to put the seat on, the seat would not fit into the notches (or whatever you call them). I gave up for two days until my husband came in and had to loosen every screw, to include the screws that were put in by the factory. I thought we were going to have to shave some of the notches bigger, but he managed to make it work. I really expected better quality control.

Love love love these. . . .
These are well worth the wait time for delivery. I promise you won't regret it. They were super easy to put together. Chose the slate gray as it goes with the gray shakes in the eaves of our new home. We have spent years oiling or painting porch furniture and were looking for a no maintenance option. Did I mention how comfortable they are?

Balcony accoutrements
We're enjoying the nice addition(s) to our balcony.
We also purchased from a local Polywood distributor an additional chair, as well as a side table. They make the early mornings and late evenings quite pleasant with a suitable beverage as an accompanying luxury.
We appreciate the comfortable and relaxing mood and mode they put us in !!

It took muscles to screw in the screws as we didn’t have an electric drill . But my husband accomplished it .
We love the chairs .
The only complaint was the time we had to wait for them but it all worked out and my deck is complete !

Comfortable wanted Rocker motion smoother .
Rocker is comfortable I’m a bigger gentleman. Only issue I have is the Rocket movement seems off a little bit almost like a brake is stuck on . . . so I find it easier to move with one foot on front part of arch and other foot doing the the movement backwards . But comfortable. Arm height back support even neck as I put my head tilted back .

Comfort & Style
My daughter has always wanted a rocking chair. So I decided to surprise her with two rocking chairs for our patio. The chairs have nice weight to them, the seat is nice and wide and can fit everyone just fine. We love the black color and they are now the best seat on the patio.
