This is an excellent exercise mat. I installed it in our basement. Looks like a professional gym mat and has plenty of cushion. Easy to cut around obstacles.

This mat lives up to the expectation that it is non-slip. I have done yoga on it a few times and did not have any issues with it moving on my hardwood floors. I have other non-coated mats and they slide around while exercising. This one stays put. The only issue I have with it is that it is extremely boring on the non-grippy side. The gray is so plain, I don't love the way it looks in my exercise room. It is functional, but not fashionable. The padding is enough for what I need so I like it, I just wish it looked a little nicer.

These rubber top puzzle exercise mats with interlocking notches and edge pieces connect together to make a very nice floor area for exercise or placement of smaller exercise equipment. The top layer of the mats has a smooth, solid finish, and the inner portion is more off a foam. Installation is very simple, and once interlocked, the puzzle joints fit together so well that they are barely noticeable.

The Prosourcefit Rubber Puzzle Mat set came with six interlocking units. The mats come with two sides trimmed to protect the interlocking tabs. The mats are great for reducing foot and let fatigue while working at the work bench. They are very simple to install. They are rather fragile and care needs to be used to place them. The trim pieces come unattached easily. The mats do what they are supposed to do.

This review is on the PROSOURCEFIT rubber top exercise puzzle mat 1/2” thick. I put this down in front of my standing work table. I decided on the 1/2” and glad I did, it has just the right amount of padding without being too soft. Feels good under foot. When I need to it will be comfortable enough to do morning stretches, it is my workshop, I can do that. Took me longer to assemble than I had figured and I found two spots where the top layer had lifted off the bottom layer. I used some thick CA glue to glue them down, so far so good. The mat is non slip, on top and against the cement floor it lies on. Makes for a nice sized mat for a workout area or for a workshop. The pieces fit together tight and needs to be worked into place. Other than the two lifted spots, I did not find any other issues with it. Also, if I trip on the edge I won’t hurt myself doing a face plant. I recommend this mat, seems well enough made and sturdy. Just the right thickness for my comfort.

Great quality. Looks good and works well for many uses. The foam back provides a fair amount cushion for only being a half inch in thickness. The top surface ihas a texture so it offers some grip and your shoes don’t slip it’s also more ridged so you don’t sink in like the regular foam. They interlock easily and on a solid flooring there is no ridge to trip on.

I chose the PROSOURCEFIT Rubber Top Exercise Puzzle Mat Grey 24 in. x 24 in. x 0.5 in. EVA Foam Interlocking Tiles to use in my spare bedroom for extra support for my exercise equipment and to exercise on. The material is amazing and interlocks so easily with each other. This is great as I can move them around as needed for different exercises. The support is amazing and I really recommend trying these out. I also stand on my feet all day and I am going to take a couple of them to use at work and see how my feet feel after being on them all day.

The Prosourcefit Rubber Top Exercise Puzzle Mat is multifunctional. It is, of course, a great mat for exercise but it can also solve some issues with no connection with exercise. Being able to configure the six mats into whatever configuration is very helpful. As you can see in the photos, unless you are very tall, putting them together in a 4x6 configuration is excellent for pushups. Setups would also be better on this mat than on the deck. These would also be helpful if you are working in a small area on a hard floor. It is also helpful that you can easily take it apart if you need the space for something else.

PROSOURCEFIT RUBBER TOP EXERCISE PUZZLE MAT GREY 24 IN. X 24 IN. X 0.5 IN. EVA FOAM INTERLOCKING TILES, mine said it was grey matting but it was black with small flakes molded in that appeared to be grey. It is about 1/2" thick mat with a softer foam backing on a stiffer rubber top covering. One package gives you 24sq feet I opted for 2 packets which did a very good size area for a step machine and a recumbent bike to sit on. Easy on the feet, spongy but not soft. Machines leave dents if you move them but they work themselves out in a few days. Very pleased with the mats.

These tiles are easy to assemble and add to if you need more, you get trim pieces to make a finished edge and It's a cool design, you could do your whole exercise room with these, that's what I plan to do !!

Really like this mat and I don't exercise! My kids all have dedicated gyms in their homes and the floors are covered with foam interlocking mats that are showing some wear. When I saw Prosourcefit's tiles, I noticed that they had a rubber top. I liked this because I felt they would be tougher and last longer than those cheaper foam only mats. Like I said, I didn't get these to exercise on, rather I wanted them to stand on in my workshop. It's working out great, my feet and back feel so much better. Great product!

I wasn't sure what I was going to use these for. I was expecting a somewhat decent design or layout but they are awesome. I have them for only 1 week and I'm using it a lot during my workouts at home. I like that you don't feel the impact on heavier exercises. There is a ton of tiles to use for the total space. The installation is really easy and you can hear a little snap when they come together. So far the clean up has been easy just spraying some light cleaner mostly watered down to not break down the rubber. I recommend them because they have a lot of uses in a household. I like them for the exercise purpose but I can see you using them for the kids room to play or have items over it.

While much of my home gym is already outfitted with rubber foam interlocking tiles, this product is superior in that the top has a hard lining which will stand up better to the wear and tear of walking traffic, gym equipment, dumbbells, and more. The mats can be placed grey side up, or black side up. The black side has a really nice speckling to it with bits of white and grey. This side of the matt features a non-skid surface and I have noticed these mats are less smooth than others I have used which means people will not be slipping on these mats. I am using these matts to provide a comfortable and safe walkway for my home gym. Unlike other interlocking form tiles I have used before, when you interlock these tiles they actually snap into place nicely due to the thin, hard, non-skid coating. This set includes quantity 6 24 x 24 inch foam mats, which can cover up to 24 square feet. You can also get this product in a larger package of 12 titles. The mats are 1/2 inch in thickness which is quite comfortable to walk on. Each piece has 2 border pieces that can be applied to any of the 4 sides, allowing you to create any custom layout desired. I have used other foam matts where the manufacturer included border pieces of all 4 sides which was such a waste because most of the pieces might need but 1 border and I ended up throwing away/wasting lots of borders. By only providing 2 border pieces per mat, the manufacturer should be able to provide a cost savings to the consumer. These matts are great for a home exercise area, or even for a child's home play area. If using for a child's play area, I would bet the child would love helping to put this "puzzle" together.

I have a small home gym in my unfinished basement that needed some kind of flooring. These mats are amazing. They go together easily and are very well made. I am looking forward to getting the entire area done with them. These rubber are comfortable to work out on but not spongy. They look great and take the beating of steal weights being dropped on them with ease.

Yoga in my garage in the morning, there’s no a lot easier with my rubber top exercise mat. It’s very soft to stand on, or Neil it’s almost a half an inch of foaming interlocking tiles so I’m able to make three yoga mats out of it. I also use it when my granddaughter comes over I put her playpen on top of it so she’s not on the bear floor or even on the rug. Cleans off very easy with a mild soap and water or non-ammoniated window cleaner.

We were looking for a work-out floor covering to set our weight machine when we found the PROSOURCEFIT RUBBER TOP EXERCISE PUZZLE MAT GREY 24 IN. X 24 IN. X 0.5 IN. EVA FOAM INTERLOCKING TILES (6-PACK (24 SQ. FT.) package at Home Depot. This half inch thick interlocking carpet squares fit he need perfectly. The carpet material is robust the foam barrier is cushioned just right, firm yet shock absorbing. The package contains adequate flooring for a multi-station workout platform and can be easily expanded with additional interlocking carpet squares. We would highly recommend this for your consideration.

My wife lifts weights and needed something to help protect the floors. She also does planks and thought this might save her elbows some wear and tear. This mat seemed to fit the bill. It does go together pretty easy, but beware there are two different side pieces, one with a rounded corner and the other without. Put together as you see in my picture will leave you with two extra side pieces. Wife said it held together well even on a low pile carpet, but would of been better on a solid surface. Her only complaint about it was while doing the planks, that puts her face right next to the mat, it had a bad odor. This may go away with time. Over all real happy with this product.

I am sure these are excellent exercise mats, but I use them for home remodeling, We use them under furniture temporarily placed on hardwood floors, and we use them to protect new hardwood floors as we lay them. Also, these pads are very handy to lay around the edge of the room in order to crawl around and trim and paint the baseboards, etc. They interlock tightly and the edges are handy for precisely protecting floors all the way to the wall from paint, dropped tools, etc. I find them invaluable and well-made. Very durable,

Remember that scene from the Tom Hanks movie where he plays the slightly different kid who ran across America and seemed to be everywhere in history? There's a part there where he starts talking about all the ways that you can eat shrimp ... well, that's about how you can think about these rubber mats. Just when you think you have said every possible use for these, you come up with another and another. It's truly amazing. They are fantastic and even if you don't have a use for them today ... get 'em any way. Once you open the package, you'll come up with something ... and then another ... and another ... and another.

These mats were absolutely perfect for our home gym.
