These are great mats. I like the textured top and they lock together very easy. I like the edging they come with to make the outside edges straight. the bottom is a flat grey color. We are using them as a play area in our basement for our grand-kids to play on. These are soft yet firm and seem like they won't ripp easily. I think they will last a long time.

Wife lost the carpeted area for her yoga mat and this is perfect for the move to the covered porch concrete. I was a little concerned about the edging puzzle pieces holding up but after a month now they remain lock tight together and I am sure they will hold up. Extra edges were provided so you could make different shapes but for yoga the 4'X6' works perfect. Now I have to get her a new yoga mat as she says the exercise mat make her yoga mats look shabby.

These are going on a concrete unfinished basement floor. They are perfect for our toddlers to play on while we are working there. The ¾ inch thickness protects their bodies quite nicely against the concrete floor. We can roll their play area rug out on top of it and it’s a great option. We can make any size, near any shape, we move anywhere in the room we need to. So easy to put together… “even a 3 yr. old can do it” (in fact he did). It didn’t say anything about noise & vibration absorption, but it does seem a bit quieter when they are playing. There was a nice tight fit, no gaps or spaces, very little visible seaming, & no seams sticking up to catch you when walking on it. Just interlock the pieces together. We like the fact of having edges & corners for a nice even edge all the way around & the ability to enlarge it if we want a bigger matted area. Very pleased, highly recommend.

I am building out a home gym and needed some foam tiles for padding to do exercises on the floor, really a luxury to increase comfort. These PROSOURCEFIT Rubber Top Thick Exercise Foam Interlocking Tiles fit the bill. They are super soft and comfortable to lay on for core exercises or yoga. The tiles are extremely shock absorbent and are non-slip. The tiles interlocked very quickly allowing for rapid set up. Perfect addition to any home gym, highly recommend!

I used these for flooring under and around a full power cage (a squat rack). I used this six pack (24 square feet, each tile is 2 feet x 2 feet) in conjunction with a twelve pack (48 square feet). The tiles go together easily, and the flooring is comfortable to walk on. If you squat serious weight, you are going to want a wooden platform for stability where you stand, rather than flooring with give, but if you are lifting weight like that, you probably already know what you need.

It is good that they come like puzzle pieces so that you can arrange them into different configurations. There are also edge pieces to straighten off the edges. They are quite firm. They are excellent for doing any floor exercises like yoga but not soft enough to sleep on. When I put them all together the size came to 49” x 72.5”. They have a really plastic/petroleum smell when you first unpack them, but that starts to fade after a while. Overall they make a good exercise surface.

I have a small home gym in my unfinished basement that needed some kind of flooring. These mats are amazing. They go together easily and are very well made. I am looking forward to getting the entire area done with them. These rubber are comfortable to work out on but not spongy. They look great and take the beating of steal weights being dropped on them with ease.

This mat is very thick and quite cushiony and it fits together very easily with interlocking ends that holds together well when the mat is in use. You can remove the end strips to make a rectangular mat with the 6 that came in the pack. This will allow you to have an in-place exercise mat. The material itself appears to be high-quality and I would recommend.

Depending on what your intended use is, these are very thick and cushioned mats. They are very easy to connect and come with the edge pieces connected, simply remove any that aren't needed. The only complaint would be that the mats are very light so if you are going to use this for an exercise area, you will need some weight to keep the mat from sliding around. For the one package, it is easy to slide on a concrete slab. On carpet it does much better keeping it's spot. The other complaint would be that the connecting pieces don't stay flush with one another, when you are moving around. Other brands are harder to connect to one another so that is a trade off you will have to consider.

I do hobby woodworking and I was looking for a padded flooring for a workstation that I wanted for a more comfortable work environment. I found the PROSOURCEFIT RUBBER TOP THICK EXERCISE PUZZLE MAT BLUE 24 IN. X 24 IN. X 0.75 IN. EVA FOAM INTERLOCKING TILES (6-PACK (24 SQ. FT.). I have ben very pleased with this product. The flooring covering is resilient and accepts cleaning with ease. The foam backing is dense, firm and yet very shock absorbing. I plan to buy more for several other workstations in my hobby shop.

I opened this up and created a small fitness space in the garage for my exercise bicycle. Of course, it is nice and thick and soft on the feet. It is now a nice little spot for my cycle. Yes, it is somewhat small, 24 sq. ft., but that is about all the space I can spare in a crowded garage, but as a practical matter, this turns out to be the right size for me. I have a leaf blower to keep the space clean. For an exercise space, the foam pad gives a lot of support, better than being on hard ground and the tiny little speckles of blue are better than the gray, aesthetically. I’m not into hard workouts, but if I was, I’d get a bigger pad, but that would mean more space. No problem with assembly, it all locks together, and I did not expect any. As I am basically using this for an exercise bike, I don’t expect it to fall apart or have little divots (little clumps) appear from active wear. So far, it’s working out fine and looking good.

These eva foam are interlocking tiles and you can cover 24 square feet with this set, you can always add more to cover more area. I’m very impressed with these mats, they are very heavy duty and provide a lot of cushion. The mats are textured and are non-slip rubber. You can move the interlocking edges to any position necessary. I really like these mats. We have ours in our home gym and they are really great, non-slip surface it’s great.

This mat is miles better than the original ones I purchased. 1/4 inch thicker topped with rubber has far more cushion and much more durable than the standard foam interlocking pieces. It's very easy to put together and because of the rubber top, now kind of snaps into place more securely where as the standard foam ones just kind of push together. These are the types you expect to see in a gym that can really handle the wear and tear.

These mats are amazing!! They are super thick and offer great cushion and support under your feet! Each square is a 2'x2', and you get 6 squares. Once fully assembled is measures approx. 4' x 6' and are almost 1 inch thick!! I love the color which is black with light blue speckles running through. This would be a great exercise mat in your home! The mat snaps together with ease and stays together perfectly!! This is a high quality mat!!

These exercise puzzle mat pieces are SO MUCH THICKER than the conventional puzzle mats you find at most stores!!!! (see picture for comparison). The specks on the pieces are a vibrant blue and they look and feel like the high quality mats you find at top notch workout facilities! I'm using this mat in my workout room in my basement which currently has concrete floors. The price of these foam tiles are much more than other thinner foam tiles but WORTH EVERY PENNY. The tiles come with the finishing strip to complete the outside edges. They are super durable and really add a lot of padding to your floor and are especially great if you jump up and down or do workouts on the floor! I love these foam tiles!!!

I’ve been looking for a padded walking product to use in front of my garage work bench and came across this ProsourceFit exercise puzzle mat system. The coloring on the surface came pretty close to matching the epoxy floor system in my garage. This interlocking puzzle exercise mat system is very well constructed and even has interlocking strips for the edges of the mat to make it look finished. This xxxx exercise mat system is not advertised as work mat but it is working very well for the application I’ve applied it to.

The mat itself is good thickness of gray foam and protected by black coating with blue specks, so will match most workout areas. They snap together like puzzles pieces and could not be easier to work with. Each piece is 24" by 24" with finished edges, so they look as good as they work. I will using these for our home gym after recovery from shoulder surgery and cannot wait.

This exercise puzzle mat looks great, is sturdy and feels like it can handle practically any inside home work out you can imagine. It is all of the ¾” thickness in the description. It seems intended for a home gym or somewhere where it will remain for a period of time. When you walk on it, your feel comfort without getting the sense the mat will compress/collapse over time. It is very easy to assemble and only takes a couple of minutes to complete. I got momentarily tripped up on which edge section to remove for the center pieces as they are slightly different. You can quickly tell which edge to use once you lay it on top the section the needs to be completed. It comes in either blue or gray accents. On a positive note you don't have to buy the edges separately as with other similar solutions.

Fantastic mats particularly in a larger space. The mats are very supportive yet surprisingly firm with the rubber tops. Great for 90% of workout applications. If you plan on setting a lot of heavy equipment on them they may not hold up as a full rubber mat, but that is to be expected and you should plan accordingly with the type of flooring you'd need for that application. Highly recommend for just about anything else.

Very nice product. Perfect for my application of covering a concrete workshop floor to make standing easier and also prevent breakage of dropped items.

This rubber mat has the right thickness, quality, and value for my home gym. The thickness protects my equipment especially if they were to be dropped hard on the floor. The quality is great which withstands any fluid or dirt that you can easily wipe or sweep. The value stays true to the quality compared to other brands that are way too expensive. This is the perfect mat for any home gym. I am glad I found and purchased them here!

Outstanding. Shipment arrived quickly, and I transformed my workout space in under an hour. Highly recommend these tiles. They stay in place, and the rubber coating on top makes for a durable surface that can take the wear of shoes, weights, bars, bike, etc.

I put a long strip of these mats over my concrete basement floor so I can train my dogs over the winter. They are perfect for practicing agility jump drills…very cushioned to absorb any shock. The dogs love working on them.

Super easy to put together, and the surface has held up very well to abuse. I was even able to park a car on them for a couple of days without them permanently deforming.
