It was easy to assemble, easy to clean. Only issue I have is the plastic bottom could be made of a less flexible plastic.

We bought this to expand the area for our tortoise. she loves it. We're still playing with location and set up. Because she's a tortoise we're trying a different type ramp and it seems to be working great. It's nice to know they care that much about customer satisfaction. Thanks so much!

We have been through 3 different cages now and I must say this is by far the best!! The space and quality are great. Only issue we have is that our guineas seem to struggle with getting up the ramp.

He loves it. Easy to assemble, it was 10 screws. But watch putting the ends on the wrong side because I did and had to take it apart and flip the sides around but other than that the little cage area is great with a little hide out for him.The outside cage is perfect for him to stretch out and run around.

Easy to set up. Love it. Just wish run had a top to it. Still is great.

I got this because of the large size and the attachable pen + ramp. I expected the typical small animal cage wiring (the sturdy but flimsy metal)Instead I found that this is a much more heavy duty metal! Good weight and quality to it with a bit of a texture (it reminds me of how parrot cages are). Was definitely surprised in the best way!Assembly was easy but you will need lots of floor space for it.My one and only complaint is that only two of the wheels lock so the cage still slides and moves easily

We have 2 guinea pigs and we wanted them to have more space. They mostly spend time in the exercise pen part where we also put a "house". I wish the ramp snapped into place because it tends to fall off. I also wish that there was a door to the exercise pen, it is hard to pick them up because it is tall and we have it on a table. We lined the exercise pen with a fleece blanket and this seems to work. They definitely enjoy having more space.

The cage just like the picture I brought this for my granddaughters rabbit which she refuses to put outside. It has plenty of room for the animal to run around and she seems to like it so win win. Cage is easy assembly not heavy at all

I actually really like the cage. It's a down grade from what my penny had but we needed something more "traditional" for house showings. Easy to clean and add additions. The pen is a nice size also. I ordered the larger size available for ref my bun with a about 6 months old.

Easy to assemble and a roof that is hinged make it easy to open and get into. And my bunny seems to like it too!

Very big! The "female" turned out to be male and now we have 3 more males. They all share one cage so its big enough for 4 guinea pigs. Love it ??

It was easy to assemble but it is not a one person job. Our guinea pig loves his new space.

I barely set it up Monday the 19th but the clip of one side of the stand is broken. So its holding on the 3 top sides. Its wiggles when my bunny goes up to lay down. Overall I love it & the close in playground. Hoping u can replace the stand thank you

I like the size and the material used for the bars. I like that it comes with a water bottle, dish, and hay feeder. The platform and ramp are not well designed. The ramp easily falls off and the plastic material is too slippery for my guinea pig to climb. My husband put a layer of sandpaper down with double sided tape and that did the trick. The spring that holds the water bottle to the cage is too flimsy to hold the bottle in place. I used 2 small butterfly paper clips and an elastic band to keep it in place. That way my guinea pig won't push the bottle so far out of his way that he can't reach it. When I opened the box, the platform was already broken. I will attach photos. This made it impossible to secure the platform to the cage. While assembling the cage, the entrance point for the screw was not drilled out properly. We punched it out with an awl so that we could screw together the cage sides (photo included) I do love having the caged play area to attach. Too bad my guinea pig has a hard time reaching the exit to get himself down the ramp to the play area. Again, not well designed. I feel a bit ripped off and it was on sale. I can't imagine paying full price. Bottom line, the cage will do the job, but don't expect it to fulfill your hopes. Buy it on discount, because that's what it's worth.

It's great. Cleaning is a breeze and she likes to stretch out on ladder that goes upstairs. She's spoiled anyway

I have 2 male Guinea pigs as classroom pets, so I wanted a cage plus some extra room for them to run around in, but still stay contained. This cage, with its extra fencing, works great! I use a fleece liner in the cage part, and then newspapers to line the part with the fence. My piggies had no trouble with the ramp out of the cage, since it is covered with fleece. They had difficulty with the plastic ramp up to the platform in the cage, so I covered that with a piece of a towel, and now they can scramble up to the platform to eat and drink. I like the hay rack that hangs on the side of the cage--it gives my piggies an extra place to sit and eat hay. The cage was very easy to put together, and since the top opens on the cage, it is pretty easy to clean. I added some extra fencing to my out of cage space, since a coworker had some small fencing she wasn't using. If you have the space, I would definitely recommend doing this. They will run around more if they have more room! I think this would be a good set up for 1 or 2 Guinea pigs.
