Love our new Peerless Apex faucet. It looks very modern, but not too giant or bulky, and the chrome finish wipes clean easily. The water pressure is great; the aerator worked fine but we switched it out for a spray-or-stream aerator which matches perfecty (Waternymph.) Just need to consider where it's aimed to avoid big splash overs. The control handle is so easy to operate that it can be done with the back of your soapy hand, so no messy residue to rinse off the handle. Installation was straightforward; we did need to purchase one longer supply hose to reach one water pipe. Sprayer has typical "stiff plastic hose" issue (price point?) Been installed for about 6 weeks with no troubles. Got 10 perfect years out of our last Peerless faucet, so hopeful for this one.

It looks fine and works pretty well. We had a plumber install it and it was quick. We've used it for a week. I like that it's taller than our old faucet so it's easier to maneuver big pans and cutting boards under the faucet when cleaning them. The faucet handle works smoothly and the sprayer is pretty good although it does drip a little onto the counter when it's first put back in its holder after use. I subtracted a star because I don't like the little gush of water that comes out of the faucet after shutting it off. Other reviewers have mentioned this. It is more than just a couple drips. I took off another star because the faucet is a little wiggly where the upper part of it pivots in the base. It seems like a design flaw and I think it will get worse over time. But for now I don't really notice it during day-to-day use.

This faucet does not include all of the parts you need. In step 1, the directions say to "Install locknuts (6) onto studs (7) and tighten securely by hand" but the locknuts and studs were not included. I called Peerless customer service and they told me they couldn't even order the parts and suggested I return it to Home Depot and order another one. The replacement didn't have the parts either, so I can only conclude that they don't include them. Avoid Peerless!

The faucet, once installed, is great, I needed a goose neck that was not a "pull down" so it could accept a PUR water filter. Would it be sturdy enough to hang that on the end of the faucet? Yes it was. I re-inforced the base with a large washer as it is attached only by the center. One thing to note for Peerless instructions: the diagram and instructions on how to install is wrong. I returned the faucet after looking for parts that would install the base with the two outer threaded posts and 2 large plastic winged nuts, they were not in the box. The 2nd unit was delivered, same thing. Then I searched on line to find out that you do not install it with those two anchors, just the center, the chrome cap just covers the two outer holes. Peerless needs to update the install booklet. In hindsight, I wasted a return on a perfectly good faucet. Home Depot customer service was great and ordered my second unit right when I returned the first one. Just want others to beware of the install diagrams and instructions. Otherwise, a great faucet.

OMG! I LOVE this thing!!! It took weeks to find it ~ I wanted a high arc faucet with NO pullout sprayer, and found it nearly impossible to fine one. This one fits our needs perfectly. OMG! I LOVE THIS THING!!!

I bought this faucet about a month ago. After installing the faucet and side-sprayer, I screwed the spray plug onto the faucet mounting shank. When I turned the water on, there was heavy leaking at that connection. Water was coming from the top of the spray plug and just below the plug where the hose is connected. I removed the sprayer hose/plug and installed the nut on the faucet shank. After turning the water back on, the faucet was working fine with no leaks. I called support and they had to send me a whole new faucet assembly because they didn't have the separate side sprayer. When I received the new set, I had the same problem. After further investigation, I concluded that the spray plug threads were too loose on the shank and the spray plug was too loose around the sprayer hose. So, I purchased some thread tape. I carefully wrapped thread on the shank and around the loose area/gap between the spray plug and the hose. After reinstalling, everything worked perfectly. Maybe this should be mentioned in/added to the instructions.

I like the look of this faucet. However, the sprayer is cheap, the hose is stiff and whatever internal "diverter valve" makes the hose spray keeps sticking and making weird "vibrating" noise, especially if the water is hot. As many have pointed out, the faucet continues to run a bit of water after shutoff. I suspect that the spout length past top dead center is causing a siphoning of whatever is left in the lower portion of the spout. I'll likely replace the sprayer.

Happy with this purchase. There aren't many faucets with side sprayer, so I was pleased to find this high arc faucet at a reasonable price. Home Depot's installation personnel were on time and did a good job. The only slightly negative thing I have to say is that the hose to the sprayer is quite stiff, but I think it will relax with use.

Bought this to replace a faucet with a similar design. It's exactly what I wanted.

The faucet is fine, but the sprayer comes with an inflexible vinyl hose that makes it difficult to pull out and (especially) push back in without some forcing. After doing so for a few weeks a "connector" came loose which caused water to leak all over the inside of the cabinet. Our plumber proclaimed this sprayer poorly designed and suggested we replace the vinyl hose with something more flexible, like braided metal. Will have to see if they even offer such a thing.

I absolutely love this facet. It is beautiful and easy to install. I would recommend it to anyone.

I love my new faucet!! So easy to use and it has changed my life!! I had a lower faucet over my double sink and had a terrible time washing pots and pans. This faucet has made doing dishes a joy!!! So easy to wash and rinse pots and pans. So easy to fill water containers. So easy…so easy…so easy!!! I didn’t attach the sprayer, as I found no need for it.

Its beautiful,just what I wanted. My pur water filter fits perfectly. I bought a new vertical filter in chrome

The faucet drips! it has been a challenge to find the exact shut off position in which it does not drip. Installation instructions mention the possibility of this and include instructions for disassembling and putting the faucet together again to possibly correct this. This indicates a problem! I am not mechanically inclined. I paid a master plumber to install the faucet. I do not want to pay the plumber again to employ this strategy that may not work. I am hopeful that Peerless will stand behind this product and repair/replace it.

As we use the faucet it gets loose from the base bracket. The nut that tightens the faucet to the base bracket does not stay tight no matter what we do. Very unhappy with this purchase.
