Yes! So far, so good.

Product did not work. If your vent tube does not the extend up the exact height needed for this product, it won't work. My vents and all the vents in our 100+ neighborhood are too short to allow this to work. Conversely, If the vent is too high/long, you'll need to cut off an amount to allow it to fit. No where in the product description did it cover any of this. Had to return as did my neighbor.

The product description never mentions the requirement for your vent pipe to extent above the roof by a certain amount. If the pipe is too short, which it was in my case and my neighbors, they won't work at all. If it's too long you'll need to cut off the vent pipe to make it fit. Also PVC tubing is sold by the outer diameter. These boots are sold by the inner diameter. Confusing to say the least. Should be sold by OD just like the PVC pipe they are designed to fit over. Ordered 4 and had to return all 4. Waste of time and there are simpler and less expensive ways to fix the problem

It was very easy to install. 2 of the 4 pipes on my roof needed to extended a bit longer, the other 2 slipped right on, WONDERFUL product!!!

It has been only a few weeks but they look great and the squirrel's are not trying to eat them.

I noticed stains on my kitchen ceiling where I was sure there were no water pipes. I opened the ceiling and saw that a vent pipe that goes thru the 2nd floor to the roof was the problem. I was able to tar around the roof vent pipe using a paint brush on a extension pole, closed up the ceiling and the leak stopped for a couple of years. Then recently I noticed the ceiling stain again. I found the perma-boot solution online and ordered two 2 inch and one 1.5 inch boots. My roof is very steep so my son was able to install two of the boots near the roof gutter but he was sliding too much so I told him to not try to fix the vent pipe near the top of the roof and 15 feet to his left. But then I asked him if there was resistance sliding the boot onto the pipe. He said there wasn't. So I got a 12" radiator-type clamp, attached it to my pool pole and he was able to slide the boot onto the furthest vent pipe!

Measure the inside of the pipe to get right size... I measure the outside and got it wrong. That was my fault for not knowing :-) great product, great idea
