The 3/8" drive square failed (mechanical overload or metal fatigue) on the second wheel lug I attempted to tighten to 100 ft lb. I had to use the breaker bar to secure the wheel until it could be properly torqued with a different wrench.

Works okay. I would prefer the markings be a contrasting color to the chrome handle so that I could read the numbers easier.

This tool is junk not accurate for doing the job right

Good solid tool...Great price...Had never used a non-digital torque wrench and the instruction sheet left a bit to be desired so I went to YouTube...A few choice videos there.

I have rated this wrench as only fair because of the overall execution of quality, attention to detail and operation of it's functions is just fair. It works, just not as smoothly as it could. My faith in the torque setting to be what I dial up is not high. I plan to do a side by side test using my old bar and arrow mechanical style torque wrench at lets say 50 lbs. and see how that goes. As always you get what you pay for.

Head of tool broke after second timed used. Warranty is worthless! No response from customer support. Save your time and money and buy a quality brand.

This wrench works great if you know what you are doing. I guess I didn't read the manual but if it doesn't say so in it they should tell people not to use the 3/8 side over a certain limit. There is a reason fixed 3/8 wrenches for torque usually don't go over 80lbs and that car impact sockets are half inch drive or bigger. So this wrench is handy for around the home being sble to use 3/8 on lighter jobs and 1/2 inch for heavier stuff. Resd the manual before using.

Good product

I torqued 3 bolts @ 30 ft pounds and twisted fourth one off. It's Garbage but that's what I get for buying cheap tools.

I tried it ine time in lug nut on wheels and it works good for me so far and makes me satisfied after i tested it to my wheel lug nuts.

Simple to use and very nice to have both drive sizes on one tool.

Great price for a torque wrench. Long handle, with a ft/lb rating that is able to handle all of my tasks. The only dual-drive torque wrench I was able to find, and it works well.

This 3/8 in. and 1/2 in. Dual Drive Torque Wrench is great. I was not disappointed!

Had very little use, then it broke. It was outsife of the 2 year warrantee so I could not get it replaced even though it was bairly used.

Arrived on time and as advertised. Only issue is, it is hard to read the small numbers due to the size of the numbers and reflection off of the stainless. Probably would be better in a black finish. But worked very well so far.

Bought this wrench 2 yrs ago, head sheared off at 85 foot pounds, will not buy another

I used this wrench to remove some lugs from my car and the male socket broke off. I spoke to the folks at powerbuilt about getting this replaced. Apparently this is not supposed to be used to remove lugs and they can only replace. They will provide a replacement socket and will cost me for them to ship it to me. Never again.
