Used it for deep fried turkey breast for...

Used it for deep fried turkey breast for Thanksgiving, it was perfect for a 4lb breast. No problems with getting a juicy succulent browned to perfection bird. Will definitely use every Thanksgiving.

I was happy to find this! I had the smaller version of it and I loved it. I tried this one at Christmas and it worked beautifully. I will try to find the smaller again for smaller portions!
