Excellent ratchet to use in tight places.

Great product for what it is

I can’t register my ratchet.I can’t get any of the other tools I bought this past year,either.The site won’t reply.

We gave this to my husband for Christmas and he loves it. He had to use it to replace batteries on two of our cars due to the brutally cold temps. He was very happy with how much faster he could do the job in -30 degree wind chill!

not very impressed with the tool. unable to break free bolts when in reverse. Does not get to 55 ft lbs as advertised. I am returning it to the store.

Overall this is a very good tool as long as you are looking for a ratchet and not a high torque impact wrench. If you are doing brake work, for example, you can likely use this to loosen the caliper bolts but it will not have enough torque to loosen the carrier bolts. I’d also like to see a redesign of the tool so that the body is not so long. This is likely because of the way the battery mounts, but the size of the tool can make it difficult to use in tight spaces.

It is not as powerful as it says. I like Ridgid, but I have to return this. This is my first negative experience with this brand but will still be a customer of theirs. Everything else with Ridgid is spot on.

Works great sometimes changes direction. Need to check if your fighting or loosening

Works well and will be a great addition to my Rigid tool collection. I had wanted one for some time and finally decided to buy one. I’d watched them online and got it at a great price.

Good tool over all torque somewhat lacking

Life time warranty , free battery replacement, and the durability is why I buy Ridgid.

Either it wasn’t working correctly or it is a piece of junk. For the sake of Rigid I’m hoping it was defective, but I’m not interested in finding out. Completed 1 brake job and ratchet wouldn’t even remove fairly loose bolts. Taking back for a refund.

Perfect for those tight areas. Very powerful and gets the job done in a flash.

Rifgid tools have always been my go to. Excellent warranty with lifetime battery replacement which I have used can’t be beat. I wish they had these types of battery tools when I was younger but I’ll take then now,
