Quality product at a reasonable price

3.5 Stars, 5 if the two issues were fixed! Pros: great size, fast and easy to attach boxes on top, sturdy build w/ little to no weak spots, phenomenal price point! (I purchased at promotional price of ≈ $70 Cons: theres no excuse not to have a telescopic handle, it makes truck bed storage very annoying. There should be some sort of d ring or anythjng built into it so you can lock to truck bed. With the lid lock theives will just take the whole thing…

I have several of these RIDGID boxes and like them over the Milwaukee that I had. I have noticed in the last several purchases I have made that there is always something cosmetically wrong with the boxes. I have 21 of these now and the last 8 I have had to sort through to find a good a good one. Its like looking for a straight 2x4 at HD.

I purchased this to store small items. It is part of a larger Rigid Packout 2.0 that stacks on top of each other, or can be wall mounted. It is flexible. I can remove all the bins, some of the bins, or use them all. It is made of a durable plastic, tough stuff. The metal handle is covered by a hard plastic material. It could be a thicker, and/or softer material. I still recommend this case. It is so much sturdier, and a higher quality than most small storage bins.

Perfect box to store a few hand tools, I added a magnet to inside side wall of box to organize tools more, it would be nice if there could be a second parts organizer box with this box. Would definitely continue to by this product.

I love it Though the folks at home depot forgot to put the orange small toolbox inside so when i got home I noticed but not sure how to tell them that they dis not put the orange box inside. But I really love this box definitely get one just make sure all accessories are inside

1. the two unlock switches are automatic. they are like switchblades that make opening the box almost therapeutic. 2. the box low key. it is not some lame green, red, or yellow design that screams out for attention. 3. overall good sturdy design.

Where are the Ridgid multi-drawer tool boxes? I will recommend these Pro Gear 2.0 tool storage boxes as soon as the Ridgid multi-drawer tool boxes are made available for purchase.

Received ridgid tool box for a Christmas gift a year or two ago. Used it broke the handle called for warranty replacement or to buy a new handle they told me they wouldn’t honor the warranty cause I didn’t have a receipt. I explained it was a gift. I asked to buy the handle so I could still use my tool box and they said they didn’t make it any more and had no replacements to sell… KETER is the manufacturer who doesn’t honor their warranty and RIDGID doesn’t make them honor it either.

Love the tool box, build really tough and seals against the elements, going to get the other ones now!

When I removed the price sticker the paint on the Ridged sign pulled off with the sticker. I did not even get to use it and it looks terrible. I was going to use it to hold quilting supplies and sewing tools. I would have thought that this would have held up to more than a price sticker being removed.

It protects and fits my expensive Rigid Dual Port Simultaneous Charger and batteries. My hobby is wood working. My older Rigid case has metal latches. This hard case is like a cheap insurance policy. Basement dust and moisture or simple fall to the floor will destroy any battery charger fast. So what I get another hard case or zippered bag for the power tools. There appears to be reasonable room for the charger and batteries depending on the battery sizes. Haven't tried experiments fully packing it yet. If the batteries are charged just pack power tools and batteries. Or pack the basic mini charger and tools plus batteries.

The best and most reliable Rolling Cart and it doesn’t break the bank.

This box is a nice tool box. I use it everyday but the lid always closes when I have it open. It is so annoying l. It will not stay open I have to wedge something in it to keep it open. It closes when I’m trying to put things away. Only complaint really but it’s super annoying

I had been looking at a more "cutesy" way of moving and displaying my books for festivals/book signings, etc., but my husband strongly suggested the RIGID instead. Last weekend, I did a book signing at the Whoopie Pie Festival in Maine - outside, as a book vendor. Everything was perfect until an hour before the festival was to end when it POURED down rain - there was a river of water flowing around and under the six RIGIDs I purchased. When I got them home, every single book inside was dry and undamaged, so yeah, worth more than a five star rating to me! I'd give it TEN!

I got this to haul a heavy steel Craftsman 3 drawer top handle box. It measures 20.5" wide. The Ridgid dimensions show 22.4" exterior but it's only 18.5" inside! I don't know where 4" went but I cannot use this as intended. Beware of this if it is important to you as well. The box seems well made. I like the 9" tires. I wonder why it's only rated at 100 lbs. Competitive boxes are rated for far more. Maybe the handle is cheap as some buyers are reporting it breaks.

Pro Gear System Gen 2.0, small parts organizer broke after 1 week use. No customer service, called Rigid, told to call storage and warranty, then told to call some other company for warranty, they told me I had to submit on their web site, keter.com, of course everyone knows that. Over 40 minutes on all hold times just to find out I'm out of luck. Stay away from anything without a motor with the RIGID name on it its just a rip off.

2 months later the handle broke off 😕 was not over loaded, was carrying its weight perfectly, not abusing it.

I originally bought my Rigid system for hauling my tools, like normal humans. I now use my Rigid system for camping/overlanding. I built an entire system to organize and compartmentalize my gear. I had been using my Igloo cooler for years, and when this cooler came out, it was a No-brainer to get one. I love that it integrates like the medium size tool case. This is not a huge cooler, so figuring out what is most important on the road is a must. Ice needs to be maintained and water drained regularly. It’s definitely good for daily use. I still have ice after a 3 days on the road, mostly melted, but still have ice. The seal could be better. The channel that holds the gasket could be deeper and the part that presses against the gasket could be taller. I’d like to see the lock hole in the middle of the lid with a metal support. Overall a great addition to my kit. I recommend this this, not only for its ability to integrate into your system, but it’s also extremely affordable.

A real game changer. Has reduced 3 trips to bench rest station to 1, saving over 200 yards every time out. At 78 and with severe spinal stenosis and bad hips, this cart works out perfectly...holding competition bench rest, front and rear shooting bags, targets, spotting scope w/tripod, ammo, ear protection, extra magazines... and all fits nicely into the trunk of a mid-sized sedan.

I like the Ridgid Pro Gear 2.0 System Small Parts Organizer. Here's my DIY version of a Ridgid Pro Gear 2.0 two drawer tool box that integrates with the Pro Gear 2.0 dolly. Come on Ridgid get a multi drawer tool box that integrates with the Pro Gear 2.0 dolly out to the market.

It fits my two moving heads perfect and will keep them safe.

I have used this Ice Chest a few times. It looks like it was designed to hold cans, but I used it for other foods. It is rather small inside which does not leave a lot of room for food and ice, but it could be enough room for two people for 2-3 days. I thought it would keep things colder longer than my Extreme ice chest, but the ice didn’t last quite as long. I tested them both side by side in the sun and in the shade. This one lasted 2-3 days, and the other lasted 3-4 days. There are no wheels, but I love the rugged handle and it fits easily in my trunk. It is my go to ice chest for shorter trips.

This thing is awsome and affordable

I love the toolbox it's spacious enough for my needs. Not so impress with the handle with wheels it's pade of plastic real cheap feel plastic and it broke on me on the first week of use going up a 5 inch step.

I use these to carry my work clothing. They are perfect for that job. They don't allow water to get in even though they ride in the back of a truck most of the time. The are solid and well built. The trolley works with minimal effort. I really like them.
