Unclogged my toilet in under a minute. This was after spending an hour with a plunger and drum snake. Highly recommend owning this tool.

This worked 100x better than any of those skinny snake on a reel tools that you either hand crank or connect to a drill. I was worried about the size of the cable and bulb as it is muck thicker than the reels I have used in the past but this thing just worked! It only took 20 seconds to fully insert into toilet and clear the obstruction. Toilet also flushed much faster compared to how it typically flushes after using the reel tools. I literally have nothing bad to say about this product.

It's really frustrating that this broke during the third time we used it. But hiring a plumber cost us $300, so it pays for itself if it works once. It's a shame the quality isn't better, but it does work. The videos were extremely helpful.

Works wonderfully! Look on YouTube for a video in order to know what you are doing. It fixes the problem the first try. With an older man in the house, it really is a keeper tool.

This toilet snake has a couple of unique features that make it top of the line. First you can reach passed the toilet around 6ft, insert the snake with the handle fully extended and then twist while the auger goes down the toilet. the hardest part is getting passed the p trap then once you have fully depressed the handle you push the button in and can expand it to the 6ft max. another cool feature is you can use a drill instead of the handle. well worth the money for personal or professional use

DID THE JOB, SOLID CONSTRUCTION.

I am a very Senior Citizen with a very cantankerous toilet. You name it, and it has clogged my toilet. I have tried almost every possible tool and combination of tools with varying degrees of success. At best, it took me 10 minutes to unclog the toilet. The K6P allows me to clear those recurring clogs in under 5 minutes, including the time for me to mumble, ":!@#%$ Not again!". It's now even quicker because all I have to do is shrug when I learn of the clog. The smile I have when the job is done lasts even longer.

We paid $500 to a plumber to get our drains unplugged. They plugged up again so we purchased this and it unclogged our drains! We saved $500! I would highly recommend this product and purchasing from Home Depot.

It extends to 6’ , basically by extending the handle. Unless I’m missing something, the only way to return it, is to pull it out of the toilet and hold the cable while pushing the handle back down. I’m not sure how else that could be accomplished, but it seems pretty awkward. It does however, work well.

Made easy work on a clogged toilet. First try and toilet working fine again. Got a heck of a workout using the plunger method to no avail. Couldn't decide on the less expensive augers or this one. So went with this Ridgid model and glad I did. Good solid construction/materials compared to the cheaper ones. Old house with three original toilets, this will come in handy over having to call in a plumber. Easily paid for itself. To keep the coil from gathering rust, a squirt of WD-40 should keep it in good shape. Can't go wrong with this one.

I've owned the Rigid 3' toilet snake auger for years and it's been very good. Very well made. When I needed something longer I purchased this Rigid K-6P auger. I don't care for it. The internal extending shaft drags inside the main shaft and makes it hard to extend. Also the 6' coil snake isn't very well attached to the internal shaft. The only time I used it, I first had trouble extending the internal shaft to reach the full 6' length of auger. When I finished and tried to retrieve the auger, the coil auger separated from the internal shaft and was still in the toilet. I had grab the end and physically pull the auger out.
