[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pressure washer a week ago and it really surprised me in how good it is. I wash cars for a living and using my Ryobi pressure washer every day as my money maker, has changed how I work. I enjoy using it every day.

I have used it on my driveway and sidewalks (wow, very clean now.) And lastly I have used it on an old park bench that was black, not it has the original wood look again. A must buy - Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the 2900 psi and upgraded when I moved. For the price they are great! I will always buy Ryobi tools, as long as you maintain them they will last. Plus they are easy to keep track of, you cant miss the color of them...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my 15+ year old Star 2500psi pressure washer. I needed one with more power. This fit the bill and what sold me was the Honda motor and the built in detergent dispenser which makes life easier . It fired right up out of the box and man does this thing have a ton of power while being quiet especially when the throttle kick down kicks in. 2 small grips there is no oil drain plug you have to tilt the unit over to change the oil, and no drain plug for the detergent dispenser to drain left over soap out. I hope for the price that this thing will last 15+ years like my old one did. But out of the box the build quality seems and feels very good so I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because only time will tell when it comes to durability. If you own a home you need this pressure washer, clean your patio and patio furniture, side walks, your house, windows, lawn mower, your car anything.

However, the 3rd time I used it, the metal (aluminum?) cracked above and below where the water hose connects to it. On the plus side, RYOBI is standing by the warranty and the service center is fixing it. BUT it has been 13 days. Now they are waiting for a part. Frustrated!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really works well on idling up for pressure. It was easy to put together, gas tank will last about 30-45 minutes of pretty constant work. I do wish it had a drain plug for the oil, after first 15 hours of use I noticed the oil needed changing, had to tip it over to get oil out. I really recommend changing oil after breaking in to extend life of engine, change early and often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this pressure washer about a month ago to clean my back patio, house windows, drive way, the exterior of my home and cars and it works great. The idle down feature is a plus, I live in a new neighborhood and the houses are pretty close to each other and having the idle down keeps it from being loud all the time. The hose and nozzle that comes with it is pretty good quality and never ties up on me and having the 5 in one tip is good and easy to work with make the job a lot faster. The 2 soap selection is not what I had in mind though, I was hoping it was more of a high pressure spray like a car wash nozzle but all it does is shoot the soap and water out soft and just meant to soak on whatever your cleaning. I think overall its worth the 400 and does a pretty good job hope this review has helped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Product on Saturday after my Electric Pressure washer failed to remove stains from my deck. After an easy setup I was power washing with ease. This washer is extremely impressive. It has enough power to remove deep stains... The 0^ setting cut thru my stone deck, destroying pieces of it (I accidentally put it on full blast and damaged my own deck in spots... not a manufacture flaw... just proving that in situations where a stain was too deep (rust) the pressure washer was strong enough to bust up the stone.

It's cleans great and it's brand new but doesn't always start right away. The location of the hoses is so terrible. After just using it 1 day I realized this. The pressure washer vibrates and moves leaving a black streak and must be extremely careful around pool area as it can fall right in if you are too concentrated on cleaning the concrete. After that I have no complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 2800 model and returned it for the 3100. I like that it comes with 5 in 1 nozzle. I hated switching them back and forth. The roll cage looks better and the handle is better. More power cant hurt right! The 2800 prob would have been fine for me. I am happy with this 3100 model though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to pressure wash a 40x40 pool deck thay was in rough shape. It worked great, plenty of power and very easy to use. I like the idle down feature on this model ( i had to add gas approx after an hour of running).

Used on driveway, auto's as well as my business. Only small issue is the small gas tank, seems to run out of gas quickly. Love the options and ease of use. Very happy with purchase.

Starts on first pull every time, runs for hours without any problem, the hose NEVER kinks, adjustable nozzle is fantastic and helps me do my job more efficently, and the power is fantastic! Only complaint I have is that I didn't buy one sooner. I liked it so much I actually bought 2! Thanks ryobi!

Item runs great and starts every time. I’ve had mine for a few years now. I think some of the negative comments are people don’t understand how to operate a choke. Once it starts and warms up it runs and works great.

I've had this a couple years and had issues from the start. Right out of the box it worked fine, but wouldn't start the second use. Since that time it has been a constant cycle of having it repaired, it working one time and then not working afterwards. At this point I've paid well in excess of the $400 price tag for a pressure washer that never wants to work. This machine is beyond frustrating.

I bought this about 3 years ago. It's really not much better than a decent hose nozzle. It stalls every time I release the handle, or if I need to change settings, or move more than a few feet while I'm using it. I can't recommend this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had mine for 3 years or so. Doesn't get et everyday use but when I do use it I use it hard! Deck stripping. Wash cars. Driveway, ect. Never has failed me. Only thing that is not so great about it is changing the oil. No drain plug! Have to either tip it upside down or siphon the oil out. Big pain on that part! Honda engines are awesome. Serious design flaw on such a great product! However, if mine goes out in the future. I will but another one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model in 2018 used it once and store it for a couple of years without gas (as it should). When trying to use it again this year, it simply does not start. Cleaned carburator (which was pretty clean) and used new gas etc., but the idel down mechanism fails, the engines runs until you press the water trigger when it dies. The idle down cable is probably bad, but it seems this spare part is out of stock, which is great.

I originally used it for my home but began going out and doing others as well. Everything has kept up well in it. I clean the carb on a regular basis and change the plug and filter. The only problem I've had is the detergent nozzle broke while I was pulling it and now I find that it is discontinued. I would buy this pressure washer over and over again.
