They stink, reels are only half filled, major disappointment. The price you pay when you cannot handle or afford the bigger better trimmers. I bought the Ryobi on recommendation, you can interchange batteries, but other than that…forget it. Buyer beware..read any and ALL fine print. Going to have to start restringing myself and with arthritic hands is a nightmare.

I like using the filled spools. It saves time. The only drawback is it seems to get stuck quite a bit and I don't like having to stop and open the spool and untwist the line. I hope there is a solution to this issue. There were no problems with the delivery. Delivery

I dont know if it was the spool that did it. But my weed wacker was destroyed after I put this into my weedwacker. It unraveled and wrapped around the underneath the spool and fried the motor.
